Hardee’s — Restaurant in Elizabethtown

Super disappointed with this Hardee's, we ordered two 5 piece tender combos, one with a regular drink and one with a milk shake. The milkshake was filled halfway with whipped cream and when we went back around to ask for a new milkshake because we weren't trying to pay $4.50 for a half-full milkshake... they said that it was the correct amount and that's only as much as corporate allows, while I do understand that is not a them issue and corporate should get some cups that fit.. we asked for another drink instead which she said okay to, gave us a large drink, and then tried to charge us $1.08 for it even though she didn't give a refund on the shake but still kept the shake.. I understand that doesn't seem like a lot of money but it was the general attitude of the restaurant and all of their drinks are extremely watered down so 🤷🏽‍♀️ I would avoid and definitely won't...

This is my second time here I came here yesterday and I waited 14 minutes and still did not even get my order taken I came inside there was four people in the back with only three orders on the drive-thru today I decided to give it a second chance and today I've only waited 13 minutes to receive my food coffee tasted a little burnt they gave my food on a tray and it had ketchup all over it I watched as the manager grabbed the dirty trays from on top of trash and put my plate on one of the trays but other than that everything was pretty alright fairly new building everything looks pretty fresh...

Went there a couple weeks ago around 8am and the restaurant wasn’t even open. No signs explaining why. Go there today and the lady says “we are temporarily closed for 30 minutes” and she was sitting in her car on the phone. Now I understand if she’s taking a break but surely she isn’t the only one working in the entire store? If she is, that’s messed up. I never have a positive experience at this location. I wish they could find good people to work before they end up closing down at this location. Really sad because the food is good. I would drive to the one on Dixie if you can. Great service...
