My recent visit to KFC left me utterly disappointed and dissatisfied. The experience was nothing short of a nightmare, beginning with the excruciatingly long wait times that seemed to stretch into eternity. Upon finally receiving our orders, my anticipation quickly turned to dismay as I discovered the sorry state of the food.
The chicken, supposedly the star of the show, was a far cry from the succulent, crispy delight I had envisioned. Instead, it was overcooked to the point of being dry and rubbery, resembling something more akin to a kitchen sponge than a culinary delight. The breading, purportedly KFC’s secret recipe, lacked any semblance of flavor and clung to the chicken in unappetizing clumps. It was evident that the oil used for frying was not fresh, as the chicken carried a stale, greasy aftertaste that lingered unpleasantly.
But the disappointment didn’t end with the chicken. The sides, which should have complemented the main course, were equally lackluster. The coleslaw was limp and tasteless, as if it had been sitting out for hours, while the mashed potatoes were watery and devoid of any real potato flavor. Even the biscuits, a staple of the KFC experience, were dry and crumbly, lacking the buttery richness that should have accompanied each bite.
To add insult to injury, the service was abysmal. Despite the agonizing wait, the staff showed little regard for our dissatisfaction, displaying an attitude of indifference that only served to exacerbate our frustration. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for this establishment, as evidenced by the lack of apology or attempt to remedy the situation.
In conclusion, my experience at KFC was a regrettable one that I would not wish upon my worst enemy. From the interminable wait times to the subpar quality of the food and indifferent service, every aspect of the visit left much to be desired. Save yourself the disappointment and steer clear of this establishment. There are far better options available for those seeking a satisfying dining experience.

Read moreI honestly wish I could have given zero stars, as the service, cleanliness and overall experience was horrid. The cashier was new, and extremely apologetic that she had messed somethings up, but I don't blame her. Watched her ask for help on the customer just prior to me and the manager didn't even know how to assist her, I'm actually sitting here watching him unaware of how to ring up "happier hour" prices as I finish my food. I asked for a "basket" meal that came with the side and biscuit. The cashier only rang up my piece of chicken, there were a total of 7 employees and 4 of them went out to smoke and the guy she asked, Chris, had no idea how to help her. His demeanor was horrible and he carried on a conversation publicly about how he was a felon and couldn't get added to his "ol' ladies" lease. There wasn't one clean table and only appeared to be an employee sleeping in a booth in the entire dining area. I stopped here while traveling because it was easy access. Sure wish I would have read the reviews previously. Do not stop here and waste your money. The food I did get appeared to be room...

Gentleman was new, but quickly figured out how to ring up what I wanted. They advised me of wait, no problem. Fresh! However, right strips Nashville hot was $17 plus upcharge of $4 for Nashville hot, and when I got home, they were the size of my finger! Really? Iga chicken strips near home is half that! And plump and big! Ugg. Oh well lessons learned. No matter how nice they are, and correct order, just not worth the money. Previous review: Great food, if you get it all = even better! Super under staffed. Drive thru only resulted in 30 minute wait just to not receive all of our order. .. Many vehicles leaving just waiting to get to speaker. This is not first time lately, but is happening more and more at...
