My husband and I just stopped here while traveling. There were 2 cars ahead of us in the drive thru and it took 22 minutes to get our order (3 items, nothing crazy). The car in front of us pulled up and waited about 5 minutes before pulling off as they were not even acknowledged. When we pulled up, a male employee came over a few minutes later to give us the wrong order. We told him that they had left, and he still tried to give us their drinks. When Tiffany came to the window (maybe a manager, we’re not sure?....she shouldn’t be) she asked if we would like sauce and we asked for corporate’s number. We were told they don’t have it so we asked for the area manager’s. She gave it to us, but asked if she could help. We told her about our wait and she said that they were busy and their boards were full. We explained we have some background with fast food and before finishing our sentence were told “Then you should understand!” No apology was offered, nor was there any offer of a free item, discount, etc. We’ve already spoken with the district manager, Myrna, and were told that they were fully staffed and there was no excuse for the time, or particularly the rude “customer service.” We found her to be helpful and think that she will address the issue, but given the number of other reviews here saying the same thing, we’ve also contacted corporate and want to save everyone else from wasting their time/money. Read moreVery disappointed . I was asked to wait on placing order . No big deal cause everyone knows everywhere is short staff . When trying to order the girl asked would I be ok waiting on chicken . I said I don't mind but if I mixed it would I still have to wait . Her reply was let me check . Within no time she replied sure we can do that . I proceeded by saying since I don't have to wait if I mix the chicken I will just do that . I finish placing my order then go to window and pay . I asked for honey she said sure any other sauces . I replied no . She hands me my card and tells me sorry no recipe our machines broke. She walks away and comes back within seconds and ask me to pull around to front doors and they will bring it out to me . I'm like alright thinking maybe a couple minute . After sitting for 25 minutes I went inside with a 3 and 4 year old so I was just trying to get my food and leave . A guy ask you the 12 piece order I replied yes . He hands me my bag . I ask if he was the manager . His reply yes I am 1 of them . I tell him my complaint in a nice manner and tell him . I understand about short staff my Husband is a GM at a restaurant and I as well use to manage a restaurant so I get it but I was upset about having to wait when placing the order I was told I wouldn't have to if I mixed it . Remind you the manger got my order together so I didn't bother checking it to see if right . I left went home just to find no honey and bloody chicken and missing 1 of my sides I got extra . I doubt I go back cause there is so many other places to go . Upset . I do not recommend this...

Rather they are extremely slow or that they are busy with two or three cars in front of me the wait time from ordering to window takes 40 plus minutes. They are very quick to taking the money/cc, but yet it takes them an additional ten minutes to hand me my order even when it's made and sitting there. I even had to knock on the window to get the employee attention and all she'd do is point her index finger. When she finally does acknowledge me I said I've been waiting for my food as she replies by saying there's only one person working the taco bell side of the house and that I have to wait.
I'm thinking to myself wow what a liar when I see eight employees working eighter line. I told her my order is right there and I already paid so wait for what?! She slams the window door on me and walked away. If I wasn't getting food for my family I would have demanded my money back. Crazy to sitting there for ten minutes when the food done made and ready so why should I have to wait ten minutes for her to finally hand it to me?
I know it's NOT just me. The exact same thing happened to my father twice. He only stopped at that location because there was no wait time, but yet the wait time for him was still 30 minutes from ordering to sitting at the window. He even saw the food sitting there for quite some time before the employee would hand it to him.
I don't get how this place is still open? Hardly ever see any traffic at...
