I rarely make reviews, however I felt this was more than necessary. My family and I decided to try our Culver’s for the first time today and ordered the burgers with 1 dressed, and a kids meal that was supposed to be a single patty drinks and 2 orders of cheese curds. When we placed the order, we ensured we told the individual taking the order heard our order because they kept asking questions while we were ordering. We pay, get our food and halfway down the road we realize our order appears incorrect. We only received 1 order of curds (the individual taking the order did not hear us although we read it back twice), the kids burger was a double although we asked/ordered a single and our burgers appeared to be missing the condiments. Again, this was our first time at Culver’s and we were not aware that they put the condiments underneath the burger— not on top. We went back to inform them and whomever the manager (woman) was working around (2-3PM) was hostile, bamboozled by our request to get our order corrected. She was angry with us because the employee who took the order did not get the 2 curds down, or the fact that we asked for a single burger on the kids meal instead of a double. She instructed us to pull forward, then after 2 minutes or so she came out, stating that the order was correct with the toppings underneath the burger but because the employee didn’t get the second curds down that we just wouldn’t get them period. All she had to do was add curds, we would’ve had no issue paying for them and we would’ve been on our way. Because of her demeanor and hostility we did not feel comfortable taking the food back from her and instead asked for a refund. She smiled, laughed and screamed for us to pull around to the front. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day, but I’ve never experienced anything like that before. She came back out and we let her know our kid already dug into his ice cream and milk because he was hungry. She tossed all the food, the drinks and sauces into the garbage out front— instead she could’ve given it to someone in need or a team member who may not have been able to afford a meal. Not only was she rude, but wasteful and disrespectful. We will never return to Culver’s because of this experience alone. I’ve worked in the food and customer service industry and I’m truly baffled by the managements behavior today. I’m a business owner myself and if I were the owner of this establishment and heard of this experience, I’d...
Read moreDrove thru with my children for some frozen custard, the girl at the speaker was miserable and rude, when we pulled up to the window the girl made a gesture as if she were shooting herself in the head, like I said, miserable, she clearly doesn't enjoy her job.. So fast forward to us getting our custard and driving off... I get halfway through my custard and find part of a HANDLE OF A PLASTIC SPOON in my freaking custard!! My special needs child could have gotten THAT custard and choked!! Luckily I was the one that got it. I took my concern to the "manager" after standing in the front being ignored by the workers for 3 minutes!! She offered me my money back but that's not what I wanted. I wanted them to accept responsibility for their carelessness and apologize for putting mine or my children's life in danger!! Come to find out after posting about this incident on my local Facebook group, this specific location has had MULTIPLE incidents like this. One person commented they found TIN FOIL in their custard, another commented about finding "organic human matter or human protein" whatever that means, in their food.. Then the managers family started commenting rude remarks on my post, I posted a video on tik tok about the whole incident, they all came together to have my Facebook post and the tik tok video removed. No accountability what so ever. Long story short, SKIP...
Read morePlace was packed when we stopped in on a road trip to Memphis recently , which is no fault of the establishment but they were not prepared at all staff was undermanned which is the case everywhere these days but they had 2 kids standing at register was actually taking orders the other was just dancing around him NOT helping him out at all while he was being overwhelmed with customers in lobby waiting to order , wave after wave of customers standing in line . We finally got up to order after about 15 minute wait in line I asked the young fella if the pork loin sandwich was the same as pork tenderloin not sure if they were the same as they were back by us in Michigan , he looked puzzled and answers I dunno , so we just kind of stared at each other and I figured he may ask a CO worker but that never happened so Instead of holding the line up any longer I decided to try it anyway , I paid and waited with my number for my food to be ready ,we found seats and waited after about 15 minutes i was puzzled so I went near counter to see if they called my number yet only to find my food had been sitting there for at least 10 minutes according to my receipt , food was cold and they refused to remake it .....needless to say i don't think i coukd recommend this particular spot to anybody wanting a warm fresh meal especially if they are even a little bit busy , i know i...
