This is by far THE WORST McDonaldâs to order by mobile app. I had an order made on the app for a hotcakes breakfast meal, an oatmeal with apple slices, one hashbrown, an egg McMuffin with a substitute of bacon, one large Dr Pepper and a small caramel frappe. We pull up and decide to pick it up inside and when my boyfriend gets in there heâs waiting for about 10 minutes because a customer and the manager are arguing and the Line isnât moving so we decide to go through drive thru instead and weâre in drive thru for a good 15-20 minutes. We pull up to screen and tell them our drive thru code and they proceed to tell us they donât have a mobile order for us which doesnât make sense to me because I KNOW we were at the right location and I was sent a drive thru code. It has been 25 minutes since my order was ordered through the mobile app (which just goes to prove how slow they are) surely my order is there. We proceed to tell them we donât understand as I literally have the notification for my order on my phone and on my McDonaldâs app. They then start asking about the order and go âitâs a pumpkin coffee and two oatmealâs?â and so we proceed to tell them no and tell them what we actually ordered and they stoped replying to us?? so we pull around to the second window and the women at the drive thru goes âa pumpkin coffee and two oatmealâs?â No, we literally told you guys no, that was not are correct order at the screen. So then we tell her our order and our drive thru code and sheâs acting all confused about the whole thing so we show her the order on my app and the drive thru code and the location and how everything was ordered to their McDonaldâs . So then we tell them my name for the order is autumn (they literally said our name when we were inside)And sheâs just like âok I got it yâall can go aheadâ and so we pull up and they proceed to hand us a pumpkin coffee. So then we have to tell them that is not what we ordered for the 3rd freaking time and tell them our entire order again. We have to keep showing them my phone and code because apparently they just âdidnât get our orderâor didnât hear or understand us the first 3 times? We finally get our food and drinks and when we proceed to drive off we discovered they gave us no silverware to eat our food with, gave us a coke instead of a dr. Pepper, and didnât put my bacon on my McMuffin. All of this taking about a total of 45 minutes from the time we got there and the time we left. I genuinely donât understand how hard it is to let something as simple as a mobile order be messed up so bad.    Read moreIf I could give this McDonald's 0 stars, I would. I've been here multiple times and received poor and slow service but last night they took terrible to a whole new level. Last night, I waited 40 minutes for my food and when it was given to me, the order wasn't right. It was laughable that the server thought upgrading my fries from medium to large made up for everything. The bathrooms weren't clean. Two of the trash cans were overflowing to the point there was trash on the floor and there was another trash receptacle that didn't have a can in it, but the door was open and there was trash everywhere. The containers for the napkins and lids next to the soda machines were empty and none of the staff was on the floor restocking so the customers were going through the cabinets underneath to restock the supplies. All of the vacant tables were dirty. For a span of 10 minutes, there was not one single employee up front taking orders and customers that had not been helped were yelling back to the kitchen trying to get someone's attention so they could order. The employees, when paying attention, seemed very put out that customers were upset about the lack of service. Kelsey was the manager on duty.    Read moreThe last 3 visits there have been less than good. I expect mistakes when ordering fast food but 3 times in a row is a bit crazy. The first time I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and happy meal. The piece of chicken was tiny and the happy meal had no fries and the drink was supposed to be coke and it was Diet Coke. The second time I ordered a bacon ranch salad with an extra piece of chicken because I now expect the chicken to be tiny. And 2 happy meals. When I got home I found that I was missing the extra chicken I paid for and there was no dressing and one of the happy meals was missing the chicken nuggets. So tonight I went there again and ordered a sausage mcmuffin with egg, hot cakes and sausage and a fish sandwich with extra tartar sauce. ( you'd think I'd learn to check my bag before leaving the parking lot) so I get home and I got hot cakes with no sausage. A fish sandwich with NO SAUCE. and my muffin has the wrong egg on it. (The egg that usually comes on it is why I order the muffin instead of a biscuit. I hate the folded eggs.) so I think I'm done with this McDonald's. I understand some mistakes but...
