Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Elizabethtown

I called down to place an order so that it would be ready when my son came and got it. They said perfect, is he on his way? “Yes, I live 4 miles from there, but it’s 6:48. Barring nothing crazy, he will be right in.” He gets there right at 7:00, and the Mgr on duty, “ Mollie” I believe, says it’s cash only so if you don’t have cash, then we can’t help you.

I called and expressed that I was never told cash only, and that while I understand that the system shut down, my son could have ran right across the street and got cash. Then I began to wander if the system is shut down, how were they going to open the register for change, give me a receipt, or anything else that required the “system that had been shut down?”

If this is how paying customers are treated when we are trying to support our locally owned stores, this is very bad look indeed.

This is by far better than any pizza place in etown for the price. The taste of papa murphys pizza is superior in quality and ingredients. Fresh chopped vegetables and gourmet meats that you cant beat anywhere. It is a take and bake concept where you can bake in your home to make sure you get that freshness straight from your oven. You bake on the tray it comes on so the only thing you need to wash is your pizza cutter. Super easy dinner to make for yourself or your family!

I went in without ordering ahead and my 3 year old had fallen asleep on the drive there. I ordered a pizza that happened to have already been pre-made and ready to go, which was super convenient. They also had cookie dough there for purchase! I had promised my daughter pizza and cookies for a special occasion, so imagine my delight when I didn't have to make an extra stop with a sleepy toddler! The dough was even dyed orange for Halloween! The staff even went the extra mile and carried my order out my car for me because I had my hands full!
