It's a bit frustrating that I am asked to pull over to the side every time I order a quarter pounder and chicken nuggets. Every single time I'm asked to pull forward and wait at the second pickup window or in a standby parking spot as 5-6 cars are served who arrived behind me in the drive thru.
I've always been frustrated with the day shift (breakfast and lunch) as night shift (dinner) is usually run by younger people and somehow doesn't have same problems of confusion and delay.
Trying to be sensitive and understanding to those who speak English as a second language, I understand that it is a difficult thing to take orders rattled off quickly over a speaker, so I am happy to repeat myself and try to speak more clearly when necessary. However after several breakfasts of having someone repeat back to me "bacon biscuit?" Instead of bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and sometimes getting the order wrong altogether, I switched to ordering with the app.
I thought ordering via the app would reduce confusion and make the experience quicker entirely, but I was wrong. Now I get to wait in a parking spot as thanks for my making it easier on everyone. I figured since I chose the specific store I would arrive at and prepaid, they would know that I'm coming for chicken nuggets, but apparently they still do not prep accordingly as I have to wait. Either the app isn't informing the store ahead of time when I log my order or the team is ignoring it.

Also just to state there were workers and they were not busy at all there were only us and another customer and maybe 1 or two in the drive thru, so there was no reason for the long wait. I told the gentleman that I ordered a different kind, he took them off my hands in a rude manner. When I paid for my food, he was inside couldnât hear the total, so I just paid.
