Yifang Taiwan Fruit Tea — Restaurant in Elk Grove

My review is overdue since I visited to Yifang Taiwanese Fruit Tea during grand opening. I discovered that “Yi Fang” is the endearing nickname of the owner’s grandmother. She used to prepare a delightful sweet pineapple stew for her family after long days of work on their pineapple farm.

I followed the cashier’s recommendation and ordered a fruit boba drink. Initially, I found the flavor to be tangy, prompting me to request extra sugar to achieve a better balance. However, I was less pleased with the presence of passionfruit seeds, which proved somewhat bothersome as I sipped my drink.

Despite this, I look forward to returning and exploring other boba flavors during my next visit. Yifang’s diverse menu offers classic milk teas, refreshing fruit blends, and unique combinations—ensuring there’s always something new to discover that aligns with different customer's taste...

My first boba fruit tea from Yi Fang was in Los Angeles years ago. They are so good! We finally have one open in Elk Grove, near my home. I have to try them out! I very much enjoyed this new addition that opened in Elk Grove. They are my favorite boba tea shop now.

The parking lot is jam-packed. This is the first thing on my mind when I try to find parking. Fortunately, I don't have to wait very long for my drink. I ordered the Mango Pomelo Sago. They have it ready in a few minutes. 50% sweet is perfect for me. The drink is what I expected. It was very delicious.

Yifang is literally one of my favorite boba brands from Taiwan. I've been to every Yifang that's in California. I'm happy that it's now in Elk Grove! As of right now, the line is at least a 30 minute wait, mainly because it's still fairly new. Some of the drinks are unavailable, but will be coming soon! Maybe give it month and the line will die down. As for me personally, I've always been a loyal customer of Yifang. For EG Yifang, the staff are very kind and accomodating.
