Stopped to get dinner. Ordered my food and pulled up to the window. The woman who took my order and card seemed a little frustrated at what ever she had going on. I can only assume she was the manager on duty.
When she finally brought my food she asked if I wanted any sauces which I replied that I wanted cocktail and tartar sauce. I also let her know the last time I was in which was 2-3 weeks prior they had forgotten my coleslaw and that I had seen an employee at my job and explained they had forgotten it. He said no worries and to let them know.
So I explain that to the woman and she gets defensive and at first says the person I am describing doesn't work there, and then goes through 2 names and I explained I did not recall the guys name. She then goes on to tell me she has to call her GM to let him know the guy messed up because he didn't write my name in their complaint binder.
I was pretty frustrated because it wasn't like I was asking for a $30 meal comp, I was asking for a sub $4 small coleslaw they had forgotten. The employee probably forgot to write my name down because I had discussed this at my job not his. The way she made it seem as if they employee was going to be written up or terminated because of this really upset me because he was trying to help me, and to be punished seems like a terrible business practice.

She also went to the table next to us and asked for their receipt so they could refund their Cod because they had other things to do and were "closing very soon" so they didn't have time to make it. When she brought our food out to us, I asked her again what time they were closing at, and she said 8pm. I replied "it's only 6:40 and you keep saying you are closing very soon". She messed my order up didn't know what she was doing and had everything all wrong. Manager came out speaking very loudly in front of guest that she was gonna write the young man up for leaving g without telling her. Blah blah blah....this kind of talk should NEVER take place in front of guest. Just so unprofessional when they are given a title.
