The sauces didnt taste bad but we ordered the orange chicken, sweet and sour, and the mongolian beef. The orange chicken tasted bad so we sent it back with no replacement. The sodas were all flat, and i, myself working in a restaurant could tell that it was the co2 not the syrup, asked her to check the co2 and she said they were full and showed me a picture that they are full. They must have the levels turned way down or the valve was shut. I just got water. I know they cant really help it but the tap water had an awful taste too. The actual service was relatively courteous and fast, so we left a normal tip and left. Later that night, two of the six of us threw up everything we ate. One only ate the beef and i only had the sweet and sour, but we both threw up. Very disappointed, and this place needs to fix these issues if they want to be successful and build a good reputation. Okay, I have never flatly refused to eat a meal I'm paying for. Not once. I will gut it out and make the best of it. But this was just not good. Egg drop soup had pretty much no flavor. Sweet and sour pork was chewy and over battered, and the sauce was way too sweet but otherwise flavorless. Fried rice was dry and tasted only of oil. Worst of all was the szechuan beef which was stringy, chewy, and literally fishy-tasting. After that I was sort of afraid to try the prawns. I don't know what the story was but this was quite seriously one of the worst meals I've ever tried to eat and definitely the worst I've eaten at a restaurant. Took a chance on a Chinese restaurant in Northern Nevada and was not disappointed. With wife in tow we walked into an unassuming building carrying low expectations. We opted for lettuce wraps and dinner for 2 showcasing sweet and sour pork, chicken Chaw mein, hot and sour soup, and fried prawns. First was the soup, which for once did not carry the funky odor usual for hot and sour soup, it had nice citrus notes and a nice flavor. Next came the lettuce wraps which were sublime and deliciously crunchy. The main course came out in rapid succession with more food than we could eat. The batter and glaze on the SS pork was perfect with an airyness that had a delectable finish. I haven't had chow mein this good anywhere along the I80 and the ham fried rice was surprisingly good. 5/5....
