Arby's — Restaurant in Elkton

I have been coming to the Elkton Arby's #8743 for over a month and half now during happy hour and getting the same thing, 2-3 small curly fries, 3-4 turkey sliders, 3-4 cookies, 1 small coke and 2 small lemonade. There hasn't been a problem until today. They first tried to give me a kids size lemonade and said it was the size during happy hour. I told them that was not true and that is not what I got for the past month and half. Then they gave me the snack size curly fries and said the same thing. I talked manager she first tried to say that the drink was the kid size one then she changed that at the end of the conversation and said that was the small cup was right. She then said that the small during happy hour was given in a snack size container. I advised her that was not right even from the commercial the curly fries was a small. I also said that I did not get that in the past, she said that they gave the wrong items. I told her that she was one of those people because she was there training a person. She said that it must have been a lot going on. I advised her that I was going to right a review she said you have to do what you have to do. I will take my business to the other arby's on 40 down the street. The food is good but the customer service at the restaurant right now is very bad and I will not go there again and if you go there make sure you get what you are suppose to get and not with the staff that was working today. Where do I begin? I waited in the drive-thru for 25 minutes. They were out of some soft drinks, didn't have any chicken tenders for the kids meal (I had to go elsewhere for my kids dinner), i ordered 5 classic roast beef sandwiches, all to toss them in the garbage because the meat was so thick that it couldnt be chewed. When the guy at the window asked me what sauce I would like, i asked for extra arbys sauce, so he gave me 3 packets....for 5 sandwiches! I ordered 2 capri suns for my kids, and I was given fruit punch instead. They didnt have the orange cream slushie that is advertised on thr menu. After being in the drive-thru for that long, I still ended up needing to go inside and get my own arby sauce, and a soda since they forgot to give me mine. Plus I noticed their soft drink machine doesn't have an ice dispenser, so one of their workers is dipping his bare hands into the ice bin to fill the cups up. Which is against health dept regulations! The workers seem like they are lost and dont know what they are doing, and move so slow. I would have been better off driving to Glasgow for dinner. I would have made it there and back home with better food and service in the same amount of time it took me to purchase $30 worth of food to just end up throwing in the garbage. I will never...

This is the worst Arby's I've ever dealt with. The last 3 times I've gone there they were ridiculously slow, with basically nobody in line to begin with. I just left there today. There was one person in front of me, who waiting 10 minutes for someone to speak, then the employee said they were closed!?? Then Said they were joking or something and took the woman's order in front of me. I then sat at the speaker for another 10 to 15 minutes waiting to place my order. Nothing.... crickets.... another time I went there a couple months ago there was an off the clock employee just standing outside the drive thru window, talking to another employee, while we call sat and waited in line. He made sure to take his time and FINALLY, walked around as slow as humanly possible. This Arby's is a joke. So disappointing. I won't be returning ever again, and it's my favorite fast food. What an absolute joke this place has...
