Went to the Elkton location tonight and was met by a nice guy who was at the monitor; the monitor wasn't working, so he asked me to pull forward to the 1st window.I did just that and placed my order. Please note: This is by far my FAV MD'S, I will drive pass 100 MD's to go to this one. They are typically AMAZING, but tonight Kristen changed that! I then placed my order and let him know that I had FREE MED FRY with any purchase over 2.00 if I use the app. I also let them know that my phone will take about 2-5 mins to load as I ,Unfortunately can't afford the big name phones and I have a phone that take a few mins via mobile data. I asked can he wait or please enter a code to assist ( as most will do ) I mean, I purchased alot of food, what's a 2 app freebee) ITS FREE IN THE APP! HELLO!!??? he said he would get his manager. come here alot and never had an issue, EVER! I'm talking, this is literally a GREAT Mdcondalds! However, Kristen the 'manager' who came to the window, was rude, ignorant and arrogant, for 0 reason; as I was respectful the entire time. Once she came to the window, I said "Hello, my phone will take some time to load, can you wait or Please use a code for my add on item? she said ' No, we don't do that, we need to make sure you're at my location" I then grabbed the phone and showed her I was at the location, she then said " well, no, i can't do that and I won't take your order" AND LITERALLY SLAMMED THE WINDOW AND WALKED AWAY! i WAS SHOCKED TO SAY THE LEAST, BC I come here so much, and always had a pleasant experience. I have been coming here longer than this rude, manager has been working here. I hate to review this location unfavorably because of her, but you are who you hire. I went to this location at 10:35 tonight, when I first arrived I felt like I was rushed when my order was taken by THE MANAGER, then the line was moving slow I sat there for at least 5 mins without moving and there was only 4 cars in front of me. Then I give them my money whatever pull up to get my food. They give me my drinks after waiting 5 mins. They gave me an unmixed oreo McFlurry in a cup not even the McFlurry cup. Then I get the rest of my food after another 5 minutes of sitting there. I decided to pull into a parking spot to not hold up their line as they are good enough at it themselves. Then I check my food in the parking lot and realize that I didn't get half of my order. I didn't receive 2 regular mcdoubles, and I was supposed to receive 2 mcchickens add mac sauce and i got 2 mcdoubles add mac sauce. I then decide to pull back into the line and talk to the manager and informed her of her crews mistakes and I was told "we wouldn't do that." So then I handed her my bag and I was told "We don't have any extra sandwiches so we didn't forget to put them in your bag. " She then continued to holler back to her crew who obviously are going to deny their mistake. So I tell her just to forget it give me my receipt and was told "okay you do that." I work in customer service and have always gone by the customers are always right. And I have always done for my customers to try to make things correct for them. So not only have they lost all of my business but I will be telling people as well about my experience. So I pull away to leave and the spicy McChicken sandwich was bitten into and there was a drop of mayonnaise on the whole sandwich and three slivers of lettuce. Read moreI was in the drive thru and when getting to the first window instead of even a look the young lady and I use that very loosely didn’t even turn to acknowledge us as we waited at the window I noticed the driver before me go to the window and then drive forward all though she had the window open she had her back to us knowing we pulled up and instead of her helping us she was picky her nails this is disgusting…then since she didn’t turn to us I went to the next window the young man had to go back with our money to where she was to ring us up when he returned I asked if she was supposed to take our money and his reply was yes are you kidding me if she’s not going to work why is she there if this is how you run your business there I will not return n I will be calling OSHA!!
