I've lived in ebrg for 12 years and had never tried kolettys when they first opened. I started going here 8months ago when the local coffee shop I went to just wasn't working for me anymore. I wish I had tried them earlier. The customer service here is amazing. You're not just another person to them, they remember you, your order, and genuinely care about how your day is. My favorite parts the punch cards. You get to see your rewards build up unlike places that use digital rewards. I go here 3 to 5 times a week, have never had a problem with my order, have never had rude customer service, the prices are better than anywhere else in town. my normal americano drink is 1 to 3$ cheaper here, for what I think is better quality coffee and way better service. The lines are long some days but it's worth it. All the girls are so wonderful. My mom and family from out of town only come here too.

Everytime I come through to get a bagel my bagel is never toasted (even tho I ask) and it has like a tiny amount of spread only on one side. Every time. Also customer service sucks, the girls act like they hate being there and like the customers are the burden. I work at a coffee stand here in town and I get multiple people PER WEEK coming through complaining about an experience they had at kolettes. Just saying. I like your guys bagels but it’s BS that every single time even when I ask you guys are still ripping me off if I could post a picture of the bagel I got...

The coffee tasted okay, but they overcharge and it took them 30 min to get through the three cars in front of me. After waiting, I was charged $4.60 for a small blended coffee. It used no frap product/flavoring. Just a regular coffee with blended ice. They essentially charged me $2+ extra to put ice in a blender. I pointed out politely that this was a bit expensive for a regular coffee with blended ice, but she still charged me for a frap. I'd suggest going to one of the other coffee shops in the area or starbucks for faster service and more...
