On 09/19/21 around 8pm Extremely rude customer service by the lady (I think she's the manager) for the 2nd time in a row. I have worked at a BR before and know just how much milk and scoops of icecream are supposed to be used for icecream shakes. The first time, I asked her (in drive thru) if she could do 2 different flavors for the small shake since there are 2 scoops because I always do that at the other BR. She bluntly refused. I was like okay. But the milkshake was basically all milk and hardly any icecream. So this time around (9/19) I asked the drive thru guy if he could make sure there wasnt too much milk in the shake. I also asked him for 2 different flavors & he didn't have a problem unlike the lady before. Then at the payment window the same lady comes and has the audacity to say in hindi "next time you get this thick shake there is gonna be extra charge" LADY I know you're stealing by not using the correct ratio of icecream to milk and by asking you to use the amount you're supposed to, I am not asking you for anything "extra." But it doesn't even end here. This time too the shake is just as thin and all disgusting milky, isn't the right flavors, and has weird chunky unmixed feel. Wasted my money twice. Disgusting customer service, disgusting shakes. Someone from DD and BR better do an inspection check on her and make sure she's using the ratios she's supposed to. Because as a former BR employee myself, I can guarantee you she is not. I wouldn't have taken the time to complain about it if her attitude wasn't so intimidating and rude. When I was driving away, I said, "I won't be returning here next time" and she said "No problem!" in a snide tone. Very hurtful behavior, completely the opposite of what I was taught during my time as a DD/BR employee. There are multiple accounts of such experiences at this store on google reviews. My fiance tripped as she was exiting the store, she's a bit clutsy, and she spilled her iced coffee. From the car I saw that the manager gan older gentleman, and the only male working) saw her fall.
After helping her I went to get her drink refilled. Accidental spill, in from of the store, manager sees this, shouldn't be an issue, yeah? Wrong.
This dude wants us to buy a whole new drink, I said they could use the same cup if necessary, long story short, no refill. A simple courtesy for a regular customer that costs little to nothing to refill a coffee, would have gone a long way.
I have held this location at 5 stars, the employees are always nice, remembers so many people and their orders, great service.
It's a shame that the actions, or inaction of one person can bring the rating of someplace...

I have to ask for no cheese on my sandwiches because I am lactose intolerant but they put cheese on it anyway. I asked for a hot pumpkin coffee but I got it iced instead. Another time my iced matcha was made into a coffee instead. It just seems like someone isn't reading the order thoroughly and when it comes to putting dairy in my order when I don't ask for it I can't eat what I get.
