Very disappointing visit tonight.
We went in to have dinner tonight a little after 8pm. Upon entering nobody greeted us except a chalk board stating we are to seat ourselves. Note it looks and sounds like they have 20 people working in the back. We seat ourselves in the dining room that is very empty. And oddly vs every other restaurant I’ve been to with giant televisions, the volume was off on both and one tv was playing a movie. Server greets us asking what we want for dinner while handing us menus, we asked if we could review the menu first. Sounds like it’s a party in the kitchen, no visible staff on the floor at all. We order our food and again the place is empty, at 8:30 it seemed like the whole restaurant was working to close up. Food arrives and our server with assurance drops off our pizza and seems to run away. Zero table attendance... it’s very evident this is far from the quality Ledo’s is known for. So let’s eat... My wife ordered the Spring Chicken Pizza what they gave us was a Bacon Ranch Pizza Hybrid that also has Basil. That wasn’t the pizza we ordered and my wife doesn’t eat bacon. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Pizza, zero flavor, zero Buffalo heat. All around the worst restaurant expended I’ve had in over a decade. Even worse the only reason we ended up at Ledo’s is EC Diner’s parking...
Read moreFood is good, and the staff is okay. Went to get some food and they lock there doors a hour before they close. So no takeout or dine in. They seem to let people they know in, rather then normal paying customer. I hope the management knows about this. To me if the restaurant closes at a different then it should be stated. The time on the door says 10pm but when i reach to open the doors they were locked and i looked at the time and it was 9pm. If they needed to close earlier maybe explain why they closed earlier, i understand the kitchen closes usually a hour before hand but you couldnt even get a drink at the bar. The staffed laughed and waved a patron away like a dog. Not family friendly at all. Take your business to the restaurant across the street where they understand closing times and...
Read moreWhile I am not oo familiar with this brand, this regional chain restaurant location we did enjoy. The dining room was in very good physical condition and was clean (carpeted floors (why carpet in a restaurant dining room I'll never understand) and tables & booths). While table service was a little slow, the kitchen was timely. The pizza was good, very cheesy, but the dough was a little undercooked and too light in color for my preference. Not as flavorful as other chain pizza restaurants (i.e. Dominos, Pizza Hut). The chicken parmasean sandwich was better than the pizza, I thought, but my wife felt the opposite. The menu was a little limited, not as flexible (customizing) as I would have liked to have seen. Overall, it was an enjoyable Saturday lunch. I would be willing to try...
