Burger King — Restaurant in Emeryville

Best Burger King ever! Or at least in the Easy Bay. Food is so much better here than other BK idk how they do it. Even the next day. Normally I am grossed out by day old fast food hamburgers but not from here. They still taste better hot but they must use super fresh ingredients or maybe make the food fresh more often than other locations? I don't know, but day old food from this location tastes better than fresh food from other BK locations. I always use coupons when I go to burger king and this location always gives me a new sheet of coupons with my order so I never run out. Also this one is now open 24 hours!!!! Love it. In addition they are always super friendly and don't mind accommodating special requests. I don't know why the location doesn't get more stars, people should think compared to other locations when reviewing chains not compared to excellent restaurants. I mean yeah Burger King deserves no more than 3 stars compared to all restaurants but this BK deserves 5 stars compared...

This place is Supicious & Shady!. The Burgers are not good tasting & don't seem like 100 beef. AND THEY SERVE THEM COLD WITHOUT THE CHEESE MELTED. Who sells you a cold burger with fake cheese. It must be fake cause it's never melted!. And their chicken sandwiches are horrible ; TASTE LIKE RUBBER WITH FAKE SLAPPED ON CRUST. HALF DONE. You can't even bite down into them cause their undercooked. With a skinny 💯 pound black lady manager driving a $50.000 new car that works their with others from another country. Their is only 1 black guy who works their. This place is sad! And they never clean the bathroom, never no toilet paper. I wish Emeryville hurry up and get rid of this place, and Add (in & out) Burgers. This Burger King is Horrible! They have only 5 or 10 customers a hour. This place needs to shut down or get better management. Also as I was ordering the manager is having a ciggarette break outside while their bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a couple of days....

Ordered a whopper Jr combo in the drive thru ($9). I come up to the window and the lady charges me for the order of the car behind me ($25). She doesn’t even call out the number though, just takes my card. I look at the receipt and immediately told her it was the wrong order. She closes the window and leaves me there for like 5 minutes. Her manager comes in and with the worst attitude just starts telling me they didn’t take my order and I just paid someone else’s. I ask for a refund, not even annoyed or anything. Frustrated, she starts slamming a bunch of keys, grabs the receipt from my hand and says the refund has been submitted. I ask if I can order and am told no! I need to get back in line so I just get the hell out of there. I look at my bank account and NO refund. I’ve been calling their phone number and no one picks up. Worst customer service in the area.
