Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Emeryville

I ordered a lifestyle bowl (wholesome bowl with carnitas) online. I pick up order and I asked if they put the salad dressing in the bag. They tell me No, because they don’t have anymore. Then I asked for a side of corn salsa and they didn’t have that either. It’s only 9pm and they close at 11pm. The staff didn’t seem concerned that they are running out of sides with two hours left and still taking online orders without updating the app to let customers know they are out of ingredients. On top of being out of items they were rude. There was 5 staff and only one was actually working so I am not sure why no one could make or grab some corn salsa or dressing for the Salad instead of talking.

Then I get home and open my bag and there is about 6pieces of lettuce in my salad smh this particular chipotle is a joke and shouldn’t even be in business if they can’t run the business during the hours they are open . I basically wasted $18 on a dry carnitas and guac bowl because I couldn’t...

Recently single person who works there is not friendly at all and try don't give you barley anything iside your burrito bowl I usually have alot of left overs from the one in pinole or elcerrito but Emeryville location sucks they seem very racist they gave the lady behind us huge portions because she was the same race as them and my 15yold noticed how rude they all was it was around 1pm when we went yesterday and it was the worst experience we ever had at any restaurant it was clear how racist they all was and they didn't want us there at all I should have gave the food back and fot a refund i paid 40 over all and didn't barley get any food I will never go back there and it's hard to find i was driving around for awhile until I saw the sign behind a tree... Worst chipotle ever go to the one in elcerrito or pinole not Emeryville very...

Came here from the Central Valley after a long day of appointments and driving on the freeway, starving. Customer service wasn’t very good.. I had to repeat our order like 3 times.. rude and short with us. Food wasn’t the best.. my son didn’t like his tacos and they barely put any meat in them so he didn’t get full.
