Subway — Restaurant in Emmett Charter Township

You'd think with two people working and no customers in front or behind me they would be able to get the job done. Still after asking us three separate times what we wanted they charged but didn't put it in the bag so I had to go back. When I did so Lori was so disrespectful and uncaring and she purposely took her time getting it as she argued with me and continued saying disrespectful things. You'd think with two sets of hands two brains and 10 teeth they could handle making some subs. Please hire more professional people because you don't need those two ruining future business when that's something one teen could have handled easily. They act like they are high...

I walk in and both of the employees are sitting at the customer tables and I had to stand there for 5 minutes until one of them finally realized OH I HAVE CUSTOMERS so he makes my sandwich, and then he forgets to give me napkins. I get to sit down on one of their grimy tables because neither 2 of them cleaned any of the tables (unlike McDonald's who are always cleaning their tables from previous customers meal mess). Every time I come into this subway the workers are never behind the counter unless it's busy. Like seriously? I shouldn't have to say something to get their attention they should never leave the counter unless on...

I don't know if the girl was new, but I ordered flat bread and she folded my flat bread hamburger style...... When I got home to eat it, everything fell apart, ingredient was not spread out evenly....I did not enjoy it.... She did it because she didnt like how flat bread was hard to fold the long way.....

UPDATE: Came with a coupon for BOGO Free with purchase of a drink. apparently this chain does not take coupon because manager or owner (i forgot) "didn't like giving free things because will lose money". The topping/fillings didn't look fresh either. I am never coming back here again. I rather go to a stand alone...
