Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Emporia

The first time I ordered a delivery and got a Philly cheese steak which had only cheese and Philly steak on it. Went back and read the ingredients and it's supposed to have onions and peppers and I think mushrooms but it had none of it. The second time I got carry out, and my boyfriend had cheese to cover the saw looked even and mine you could see barely any cheese and mostly sauce. I brought it in the lady said it was the right amount and I told her "you don't see little cheese and mostly sauce. So she remade my pizza even offered for me to keep the current one. But that wouldn't be fair so I gave back the pizza and got a fresh one, I was happy they did right and got me a fresh pizza , looks like the cheese just wasn't spread out correctly. She even gave me extra cheese. Pizza Hut never acted that great. Definitely...

Since Emporia Domino's hired the new Manager lady, everything has been FANTASTIC! Has been great service for I'm thinking about a year now...give or take. Our food no longer looks as though it was slopped together and the pizzas are actually cooked all the way through as they should be. She seems to have pride in her position and it shows through her products served and through her employees. The delivery has gotten much better as well. One lady in particular is TOP-NOTCH all the way! Quick delivery, food is not mangled, everything is hot as it should be and the driver is very friendly, polite and courteous. Our family ONLY orders from Domino's now for pizza and will continue to do so as long as the service stays as fantastic as it has...

I've ordered a few times before, it was pretty okay besides the pizza being about 10-20 minutes late. But it's better than Pizza Hut. This time, I called and a woman answered the phone and hastily told me I'll be put on hold as there was a call ahead of me. Before I could say anything, she slammed the phone down and I was put on hold. Kinda odd, and very rude. So I waited on the line for 10 minutes waiting to be answered. Kept hearing that annoying customer robot thing over and over and over again. I got tired of it, hung up and called back. Same thing again. Hastily told me I'll be put on hold, slammed the phone, and I waited for another ten minutes again to be answered. I gave up and just called Pizza hut, though they're not...
