Dunkin' — Restaurant in Englewood

I usually am in and out at this Dunkin but recently experienced the worst customer service the one time that there was any form of interaction outside of just saying my order. The man who seems to be the manager at first attempted to help me fix my app to get the free coffee with a purchase . When that failed he decided to be frustrated because he had already made the coffee. He proceeded to snatch my phone from my hand after I verbalized due to the app not working that I would have preferred not to get that coffee. I had to request to get my own phone back and also requested to use another cashier to finish the purchase of the item that I had not yet paid for . As I was speaking to the other cashier he continued to aggressively intervene during my purchase and interaction with the other cashier. This is the worse customer service I have experienced in a very long time and it really saddens me that he felt so comfortable being that aggressive towards me . I will be reporting to upper...

Please avoid the old lady working there. She has the worst customer service ever. I asked for three shots of espresso, oat milk and less ice. She gave me a tiny splash of oat milk and I asked if she could just add a little bit of more oat milk. She yelled at me, "Ms., Ms., you asked for less oat milk and ice." I said I asked for oatmilk and I did not say "less oat milk". She could've just add a little bit of more oat milk but, for some reason, she threw away the entire coffee in front of me and gave me a new coffee that has only 1 shot of espresso. The coffee was watery. I was so offended so I just grabbed the coffee and came out of the store. I hope she does not do this to...

Very friendly service, clean and good food, though seems like management shuts down internet access intentionally despite advertising it exists, keeping the connection showing up but customer keep trying over and over wasting time but without luck! Seems like management did this intentionally to avoid those overstaying their welcome during rush hours! What about those who'd like to stay for 30 - 60 mins when it's not crowded but would like to use their laptop! There are simple ways to setup the routers for sessions not to exceed a particular period.. A very 'un-smart' decision. Moving forward will going to another close DD with the promised Free Reliable WiFi...
