Subway — Restaurant in Littleton

I was at this subway today 12/5 at about 1:20 PM. I felt like a review was needed as my overall quality was pretty lame.

I worked at a different subway in CO for 9 months until about 2 weeks ago when I started a new job, so I'm very familiar with what's supposed to be normal at a subway.

The location was clean and nice. First blonde lady on the line did fine and I have no complaints.

When I got to veggies I was so disappointed in my experience. The brunette was nice and all but she so obviously hates her job and it's reflected in her sandwiches. Everything was thrown on there sloppily and in mismatched portions. I shouldn't have double the amount of lettuce on one half of the footlong and not the other. Cucumbers go end to end... not all stacked on each other and also mostly on one half. 3 strips of dressing on each sandwich, not one. I can't taste my dressing and was scared to ask for "extra" (what should've been a normal amount) cause I didn't want to have 6 lines of dressing instead and not be able to taste anything but mayo. When you cut the sandwiches you reallllly gotta at least try to push everything into the bread. Cause my one line of mayo and all the rest of my full price sandwich (it's not overfull it's normal size) is currently more in the bag than it is in the bread.

Overall these are definitely things that can be fixed. But I'm probably not coming here again even though. It's just a...

Seriously hit or miss going here. If the ladies are working they give you a great sandwich and actually listen to you. The young boys don't listen at all. Especially the one with the curly hair. I had to repeat my order 4 times and he still started making the wrong sandwich. Had to stop him twice and he was about to toast my sandwich when I said no to toasting 3 times he had already asked.. wanted extra lettuce and didn't get that but did get a pound of black olives. Mayo overload so I didn't dare ask for mustard in fear I'd have a mustard sandwich.. So I just stopped at lettuce, olives and mayo.. Not at all what I wanted. Also wasn't even acknowledged when I walked in or went to the counter. The boys were to busy with a grub hub order they had to make. Always have had a great experience here ONLY if the young boys are not the ones making the sandwiches. Otherwise you take your chances and get what you get. DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH THEIR ONLINE ORDER SCAM DEALS AND ESPECIALLY THIS STORE!!! During pandemic decided to order online for pick up rather than wait in their crowded store. Was going to order a foot long and 2 different 6 inch sandwiches. Promo online offered BOGO footlongs so decided on that instead. Called store first to confirm their participation in promo. They confirmed they were. Since I had them on the phone, I tried to place the order. They said they couldn't because they couldn't except payment over the phone. So I placed the BOGO order online. I didn't receive my discount at checkout as promised. When I picked up my order I asked for refund. The manager had to get involved. She's the older person that is nasty and angry and really doesn't like or appreciate her job. She refused quite loudly to help me and sent me to other places for run around.
