Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Enid

Chick Fil A is always good!! Always hot, quick, delicious and excellent, pleasant service. One of my favs since I was a kid, loooove CFA! But… Not this location!! we still come here regularly, but the service is terrible, staff seems to care more about their friends and talking to each other than the service. They have gotten our order wrong 4 times in a row (and it’s a simple order)! One of the times, we said LARGE meal repeatedly and they still gave us a small, then when we told them, they gave us a large drink but didn’t change the fries. Went back through to get large fries when we realized and just paid for them because the lady at the window was clueless and rude. We always check our order before we leave the window here because it’s always wrong, which is unusual of Chick Fil A. The grilled nuggets have been so terrible lately: dry, rubbery, wet, cold- so bad I can’t eat them. The fries have still been delicious though!! This is the worst Chick Fil A I’ve ever been to. Went in drive thru… you have a state of the art drive-through with two lanes both protected from the weather with cooling fans & a perfect ordering system. You have 2 guys standing out in the 95 degree heat, sweating their butts off trying to take orders from cars as they drive up. You can’t look at a menu the only thing they have is a card to look at that everyone else in front of you for the last three hours has touched to order from. When you finally do get up to the window they have no clue who you are without asking your name. The chicken sandwich, The macaroni and cheese and the nuggets were good. The five piece nuggets grilled nuggets were $.65 per bite… A little pricey. it always cost me at least $15 per person to eat there. I've been working in. ENID for the last few weeks. I typically have chicken fil a once a week. Love the food ,people friendly, very clean. But this is the only restaurant that I been to in any state that has gotten my order wrong every time that I have been there. My order was taken down correctly every time according to my receipt. 1 time I missed a complete sandwich, 1 time I got spicy instead of the original sandwich. 1 time 1 sandwich was correct but other one wrong. Today I ordered 2 sandwiches with no pickles. Neither had pickles but both had the pickles taken off, so the bun pickle juice. Sounds like an easy fix right. Problem I'm allergic to dill.
