I recently placed an online order and picked it up from the store in Ennis, TX. When I got home, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The wings were under-sauced and soggy, the thin crust pizza was overcooked, barely had any sauce, and everything was cold and tasted far from fresh.
I called the store to address the issue and spoke with the general manager, who was incredibly rude and dismissive. She interrupted me, said she was too busy to help, and told me to “just tell her what I wanted from her.” She didn’t apologize or offer to remake the order. Instead, she said she would have to check the cameras, implying I was lying about the condition of the food. She also told me I was the only one complaining, as if that somehow invalidated my experience.
This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope this issue is addressed so other customers aren’t treated...
Read moreI WILL NOT order from here again! We had a credit for an incorrect order and whoever issued the credit did not log it in the system. When I went to pick up the replacement order, which was also incorrect, I was informed that it wasn't in the system but she would go ahead and give the credit. She then informed me that she won't be issuing any more credits for us in the future because we've had three previous credits for incorrect orders. I advised her that if the order isn't correct, then we are definitely calling them back to inform them of the incorrect order, and I advised her that she wouldn't have to worry about us ordering again. I had to call her back after getting home, which is six or seven miles away, because the ranch dressing was left off the order. She was very rude and wouldn't give the phone number for corporate...

I tried one more time to place order online again I was unsuccessful. So I tried again to call. This time after about 10 minutes on hold I drove to the store while still on hold upon arrival I was told that the phone hasnt rang. After allowing manager to hear the recording she agreed I finally placed order and wasnt even given any explanation. The next day I reported to the day manager. The guy was so rude that I walked out and sent email to corporate. I will never order from Ennis domino's again and Will NEVER recommend it to anyone who in fact if asked I will say stay away...
