Updated review 9/16- I have been back numerous times since leaving the review below. Overall service has improved greatly, order accuracy has also been great, the taste of the food has also improved overall im pretty impressed by the efforts they have taken and we have all noticed. The complaint that remains is portion size and the manager "Marie". I picked up my mobile order 3 tenders meal with fries and a coke, finally sit down to eat my $10 meal to find 3 chicken pinky toes, all three tenders together MIGHT make one and a half regular sized tenders. I don't want to call and complain I just want what I paid for. I call and Marie tells me to bring the food back and they will remake it, it's 9 at night all I want are the tenders I already paid for. I tell Marie, im not coming back tonight it will be tomorrow, I'll put my dinner in the fridge to bring back to them to remake tomorrow. You know what never mind I want a refund. I decide I'm too hungry and tired I'll cut my losses and have my snack pack for dinner whatever, well Marie calls me back to tell me I would not be getting a refund bc it's a mobile order. Ok fine Marie you win. Please see the digital photographic evidence.------- I have visited the restaurant at least 30 times. I know, that is my fault, I have given them wau too much time, money and grace. EVERY time there is an issue, very long wait times for simple menu items, missing food, burnt food and cold food. I wish they would get it together.

Dear Popeyes Management,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Ennis location on November 15, 2024, around 4:50 PM. I placed an order for a Family 16-piece chicken meal with two large red beans and rice and a large fries, as well as a 12-piece chicken-only order. However, upon receiving my order, I was given only one large and one small red beans and rice, the lid on the small container being topped with a large sticker, and a half-full box of fries. Additionally, I did not receive any biscuits, despite them being included in the order.
Given the high price and the 20-minute wait in the drive-thru, this experience was incredibly disappointing. I was expecting a better quality of service and more attention to detail. Although the gentleman at the window was polite and professional, the overall experience has led me to reconsider returning to this location. Going forward, I will be opting for Chicken Express, where I can receive more food with great taste for a better value.

Read moreOrdered and paid online for three meals, drove 15 miles to this, the nearest location to my rural house. On arrival, my order was not ready, but the counter guy said it was being packed up right now. In the meantime, six other customers came in, ordered, paid, and received their orders.
Four times, I was asked if I had received my order by the same guy. I asked how to go about getting a refund, and the counter guy shrugged, smirked, and gave no verbal answer. Over ONE HOUR after arriving, the order was handed over. This is a brand new, maybe a couple of months open location. I can't imagine any excuse for this.
Don't waste your time here. The food is fine, but I will not wait an hour for precooked chicken and prepackaged sides.
If you are the franchisee, owner, or general manager, you need to fix the problems in this location. Be serious about running a brand new location. This is not the only issue I have had with service here(order gotten wrong on two other occasions), but it is certainly the...
