Baly Cafe — Restaurant in Enterprise

Upon entering was greeted with great customer service. This was my weekly family meal and of course they were already there waiting for us to arrive. Menus were given and drinks offered. We opted for the Indonesian Iced Tea - ( WOW ) We did have some questions and everything was answered with ease.

After going over the menu we opted for the Opar Ayam, Sate Daging, Mini Wontons,Egg Rolls, & Mie Goreng. Now I will admit never trying this before I was excited to taste all of the flavors that we were smelling as the food was being prepared. Nothing disappointed in the slightest. The meals we ordered either came with 1 Sambal or 1 acar. The whole meal was truly delightful and very well prepared. The flavors that I entertained that night just meshed perfectly together. I will admit the peanut sauce on the Sate Daging was amazing.

Interior is several table and chair arrangements. Staff was beyond friendly. Making sure our table was well taken care of. Everything was very clean and very Covid evident with masks being worn by staff. Music was playing in the background.

Would def recommend - pricing was beyond on reasonable for the portions. Staff is very friendly and hospitable. Most people only try foods that they can pronounce or what they are familiar with. To my knowledge, this will be the first Indonesian restaurant to open in the Las Vegas / Henderson area. I am very excited for when they open. Due to a global pandemic surrounding COVID-19 their opening has been delayed. This is understandable considering the even stricter health and city regulations businesses have to go through now.

I am patiently awaiting their grand opening and they will be a welcome addition to the amazing food scene in this area. I am leaving a 5 star review before even visiting because I want to wish them well. And because some people like Steve below (don’t be like Steve) are okay with hurting a local business before they even open just because it wasn’t convenient for him during his trip. Steve obviously did not think very long about his review or his decision to go to a closed restaurant that shows no sign of being open yet.

We just moved from South Florida and we had Bali resto there in Miami. This Baly cafe in Vegas just fulfilled my broken home food that we used to have. No more Missing traditional dishes coz Baly cafe has everything I want!
