Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Enterprise

I'm usually very nice about EVERYTHING that i write but this Chipotle is struggling in customer service and messing up my orders. I ordered two borrito bowls and they gave me an underwhelming portion because they were running low. The man who ordered the same exact thing after me, got a massive bowl because they refreshed in between. One of my bowls is missing items that i ordered, and they repeated back to me. I also ordered two kids meals. One with steak. They left the steak out. I, very nicely reminded them that the kids meals come with chips or fruit and I'd like the fruit. I get home, no fruit. Lastly i ordered chips and guacamole and was asked and i answered, three times "what size" i wanted. ALL of this, without any attitude on my part. They clearly looked like they were checked out and didn't want to be there. This is the second time in a row that the employees have been sub par at this location. I will give this place 1 and I am rating the restaurant on premium outlet south and north the Chipotle on south allways durty special the restroom the mens sink was broken very durty no towels and as soon you go in you can see how the kitches is durty and employees doesn't care The soda machine was all messed and I can notice they never wash the soda dispenser I try to get water and notice the water was durty of limonade residues the water was sweet. This place is nasty durty. The chipotle on the north has time of closing at 8pm, but the often closed at 6 pm, so they don't respect the time and DO NOT attempt to call customer service I have never meat a business with the worst customer service than chipotles that's why I am posting this warning if you go to this places expect durty and...

What can you say, well I'll tell you what my son told me it's not Mexican food a few years ago I believe him till Coronavirus in 2020 , let me tell you could not ask for a better burrito guacamole, sour cream , Pico de Gallo , lettuce grill peppers with choice of rice brown or white , pinto beans or black beans hot red salsa delicious , it's a little hot so test it to your taste , your meats Chicken , Beef , meatless Chorizo , Barbacoa , Pork Carnitas . It's a great place to get a bite I would rather go here than many other Mexican food places I also bought my son's a burrito in that time , my son's did say wow dad it's really good I told him it might have been the ingredients I asked for .
