Dickey's Barbecue Pit — Restaurant in Enterprise

My friend and I ate there today and both ordered loaded baked potatoes. Both of ours were hard and cold. Would not even melt the butter or cheese that was put on them. Asked staff if they had a microwave so they could heat my potato and staff looked over at manager who was sitting in a booth, like, what do we do? The manager stated "put it in the oven for a few minutes." Didn't appear concerned at all that someone had paid over $10 for a cold, hard baked potato. I also have a friend that went there and spent over $50 on barbecue and their order was wrong. Manager seemed unconcerned when she addressed the issue so she told him she would never be back. He did not seem to care. She warned me not to eat there, however, I am from Navarre, Florida and we had frequented the one nearby in Gulf breeze Florida, which was excellent. They even catered my daughter's wedding in Navarre. Never had a bad experience at any other Dickey's until this. Will not be going back. This place will not stay in business very long with service and food like this. I think the owners should hire people to drop in posing as customers and see what they think for themselves. I personally love Dickey's Barbecue Pit, sadly I would recommend anyone to avoid eating here. First reason being they don't know whats in there food sinces it's premade and ordered. So for those of us with food allergies eat it at your own risk. The next issue being they had the cutlery behind the counter and you needed to ask for it, claimed the cups lids were at the drink fountain and yet didn't have any that fit the cups. Over all attitude toward questions about menu and food allergy related questions was poor at best. My order as per the menu was supposed to come with 2 sides and they only gave one for each of these we ordered. First off, if you own a business please make your customers feel welcome and also show some type of manners when giving your customers their pick up order. The young cashier is very rude, walked in the place was smoked out from the burning from oven or whatever they cooked the food on. I ordered a brisket sandwich meal which has no type of flavor on the meat or the sauce I ordered to be on the sandwich I ask for my fries in the bag wasn't even a hand full. I will continue to go other BBQ places that are known in the area like Shane's Rib shack, hooks bbq, Larry bbq and BBQ haven that served your money worth with great taste.
