We have placed four orders in the last couple of months. Every single order had an issue. 1st order - took two hours for delivery. we ordered for swimming party, online said 25-30 mins delivery..... they were rude when we called for an update and told us he was busy would get there when he could. no ETA. he pulled up as we were loading the car.... and the order was still wrong. we sent it back and they were rude when we called to cancel.. said "well void out the order" and hung up. 2nd order - we ordered a salad, paid for extra toppings. x3 on most. and got a bowl of lettuce, with four slices of cucumbers chopped up, cheese that wasn't even suppose to be on it, onions that also weren't suppose to be on it, and normal ham when we paid for extra ham and requested extra crotons. 3rd order - we order bread sticks, pizza, and cinna sticks... no salad since it was wrong the past two times. we got bread sticks with no sauce...cinna sticks with no icing, and the garlic butter we PAID for wasn't in the boxes either. when we called we were advised "well just add it to the next order"...… btw, wasn't on the 4th order neither. they advised they also "didn't provide the number for corporate" 4th order - this order was stickily done for proof of our complaints. this store will charge you for extra, and not provide it but the manager keeps saying they are following policy. we have corporates number considering hungry Howie's is next door to our business in Florida, so we are very familiar with their "weight policy" and menu. Salads are ordered for our staff a minimum of once a week in Florida. so we are well aware of what extra toppings and the charges. so we ordered a salad from Enterprise, same procedure, extra toppings...and got none of it but lettuce. the manager got rude when we called and advised she "weighed 8 oz correctly" and "nothing could be done" we ordered the SAME exact order from the hungry howies in Florida that is actually good at customer service and following their menu..... the salads are completely different! We even weighed the toppings since the manager was so rude. We will NOT be going back to Enterprise Hungry Howies. We were advised the compliant and proof was sent to the owner, and its been two weeks with not even reaching out advising he will retrain his employees especially on customer service.
Not one time did we ask for a discount, nor did we ask for a refund on the extra toppings. All four times we asked the order to be corrected, and them to take back the messed up because we don't want "free" food. This store location employees are going to continue to be rude and run off business. But, they make up for the loss in pocketing from extra charges without providing the toppings. So it's a win win to stay afloat.
Buy Marco's or Pizza Hut and stay away...
Read moreThey call calzones sandwiches. They offer a few other things, but I mean really, of you don't know the difference between a calzones and a sandwich, do you deserve to be a restaurant at all? It's more a taco than a sandwich, my dudes. And thanks for detailing your workplace woes at the door to the very limited space inside. I KNOW you're shorthanded. You didn't have enough time to include the things that come with your "sandwiches", namely the lettuce and tomato setups. Had to ask for two of them, and got a begrudging, "We don't have any made". Well, you've got two hands and a bag, don't you? I don't even need the bag, just dump some lettuce in the box! And then don't look at me like an idiot when I come back for the sauces I ordered, and asked for another setup, like I asked for the first time, now that you've quit wasting time complaining with the other guy working. The bread sticks were okay, with the Cajun seasoning being surprisingly hotter than I expected. My buddy who used to work at one of these places said he was disappointed, too, so it's not just me. Another customer had to come back in THREE TIMES, to get what she ordered. First, she ALSO didn't know that they call calzones a sandwich, then she had to come back for some sauce, and yet again for some other reason I missed as I was already leaving. Which I should have done before I got there. I may try another one in a different location, but this was more disappointing than just getting the wrong order entirely at a REAL...
Read moreYesterday around 3pm we order pizza online. We tried to have it set up to be delivered at 6pm. For some reason the option of setting it up to be delivered at a certain time did not come up. So we called the restaurant the manager explained that they're having issues with the website and she will personally put it in there for the food to be delivered at 6:00 p.m. At 6:15 we still didn't get our food so I called and manager (female. Can't remeber her name) apologized and said she forgot to put the order in. She explained that she will do it immediately and we should have our food in 30 minutes. We live in Fort Rucker so I'm not sure how long it takes to drive to Hungry Howie's in Enterprise. At 6:50pm I called again and the manager said the pizza is on the way we should get it any minute. I expressed how upset I was over this. The pizza came a little after 7:00 p.m. The kids had to have a very late dinner which messed up our movie's plan. The manager didn't try to make things right. This was inconvenienced for our family. She could have took money off our order or something. We spent $53.14 plus tip and she offered nothing. So I guess we will stick...
