Before 9 pm my kids made the choice they wanted pizza, we went to Little Caesars Pizza like we have always done. We enter and i asked for 4 (four) "hot & ready", the cashier leans over towards the warming area and states that it would be a 15-20 minute wait for pizza. All warmers were empty. My husband and I agree to wait and I made a joke that we should get a discount or some free "crazy bread" for the wait. I was told "NO"! As we made it to our vehicle to sit and wait i noticed 2 cutsomers had walked in and right back out with pizza in hand. Another customer had made an order and waited on the inside of the store. Approx 25 minutes passed and my husband and I decided to go see if our order was ready. While walking up to the door a female customer was at the counter and she also asked for "hot & ready", she was told it would be a 25-30 min wait time, the customer politely asked "what's the deal, it's Saturday night and you have 2 hours before you close and NO PIZZA". The cashier comments back and said "yes ma'am, would you like to place an order or not". The lady purchased 2 (two) "bestest most" and left. My husband approached the counter and the cashier was so rude as she began to state how much our total was $24.?, As I place 2 (two) garlic butter sauces on the counter, she looks at me and added it to our total, equaling over $25.+ My husband hands her the cash and as he gets the change back he asked for crazy bread and once again the total was nearly $6. That's over $30 we spent for the rudest service I've ever experienced at Little Caesars and I've chose this place over all the rest since I was a teenager. No discount at all was given. I completely understand customer service and if it had been rush or lunch hour I wouldn't complained at all but there were a total of 4 customers during the wait, there is absoutly no reason that the weren't pizza ready for customers to purchase on a Saturday night with 3+ hours left open for operating service. My husband asked for the managers name and number and the cashier refused to give any helpful information. This is...
Read moreI choose to not be anonymous. I have endured five brain surgeries in four years, two major vascular surgeries and have developed Epilepsy as a result of my brain trauma. I have a Government Certified Service Dog that is trained to alert when I'm going to have a seizure, as I myself, like many people who suffer with Epilepsy don't even know that they are about to seize. I attempted to walk into Little Caesars and just order pizza, before I even crossed in, I was very disrespectful talked to and rudely told no pets, I showed his Registered Service ID, I was told because he wasn't in his vest, and being held, I couldn't simply walk in and order. I am a God fearing woman and you get what you give... I hope you enjoy the repercussions of denying a service animal.... I will be contacting the local American Disability office, Health Department, like the manager smerkily suggested I do as he rudely told me to get out, the Disability office and my attorney!!!! Such disrespectful service to paying customers, I'll never give another penny to this pizza chain!!! And I shared my thoughts on my social media platforms, it's been re-shared 32 times thus far, and...
Read moreWe have been regular customers to this store. The quality of service has taken a severe nose dive, well beyond what would be expected during this time. Went there this evening at 7pm. Well within the 4-8pm time frame for hot and ready that they love to quote in their ads. Ordered a simple cheese pizza. Was promptly informed that the orders they were currently working on were almost an hour old already and it would be AT LEAST that long before we could even hope to get one of their "Hot and ready" products. And now has gotten even worse. If you show up you get told you will have a significant wait, and their online ordering isn't even working for you to order ahead. If I was corporate, I would take a serious look at the management there. They are failing on just about...
