This was the absolute worst experience I had ever had at a McDonald's. I had placed an order for my family and me on the kiosk as they didn't have anyone at the counter and there was a long line. Being my first time using the kiosk, I didn't realize a receipt would be printed to bring to the counter so I could pay in cash. I waited in line at the counter so I could pay in cash. The woman at the register was extremely rude to the two customers ahead of me. I finally get to speak with the person at the register, and she asked me for the receipt. I did not see the receipt print and thought they would know by the number that I grabbed to place on my table. I guess the system is not automated to bring over the order once placed at the kiosk. She very sternly asked which kiosk did I place the order at and she pulled the receipt out from the bottom of the kiosk, held the receipt above her head, and was giving so much attitude saying here it is. I apologized a few times saying that it was my mistake and I didn't realize the kiosk would print a receipt. She continued to say that they wouldn't know what I ordered and I continued to apologize. She continued to go on about it. I must have had a look on my face from receiving that type of behavior and the final straw was when she said that she wouldn't wait on me if I keep giving attitude. I said I've been apologizing. And I would appreciate if she didn't give me attitude. That's when she flew off the handle saying that I have been giving attitude and said that she was going to get a manager. I told her I would love to speak with a manager, but she never went in the back to get the manager. She was helping other customers and continued to be very rude. I waited for a few minutes and asked when the manager was coming. She said the manager was busy and that i would have to wait. I asked if I could complete my order if the manager wasn't coming and she said that i would have to be helped by the manager. I started matching her energy and said that I have not been giving attitude and she was making a big stink about a receipt. I was hoping to have breakfast with my family as we flew into Vegas for my mother's passing. This whole experience was just horrible and she acted as if I was inconveniencing her just by being a customer. I ended up telling my family that we were leaving. I had my daughter and 5 year old grandson who were hungry. We ended up going to another McDonald's about 1.5 miles away, which was a much better and friendly experience. I was read the right order but the receipt and food was wrong. The order was 1 quarter pounder meal, 1 big mac, and 2 happy meals with chicken nuggets and fries instead of apples (no issue with this at our hometown). We said we wanted water with the happy meals and the lady taking the order insisted on chocolate milk we didn't want to take longer because it was late so we just agreed. I looked on the receipt and we got charged more for chocolate milk. Shouldn't that just be apart of the regular happy meal price?
Anyways the order on the receipt which I have said 2 happy meals, they added an extra fry but charged us we wanted just fries no apples. They added a chicken sandwich which we didn't order and it had the big Mac.
The order we got was the 2 happy meals and 1 extra kid fry which I didn't want on the side. A chicken sandwich, I didn't order and a quarter pounder which I ordered but wasn't on the receipt. We had a big Mac on the receipt but even that was missing.
Quality and undercooked food description: -Meat was raw in Quarter pounder Chicken sandwich looked almost burnt but overcooked. It looked unappetizing. Did not eat after we saw raw meat in Quarter pounder. -They forgot the bbq sauce even though it was on receipt. -Chicken nuggets were cold. -Fries were cold.
We just ended up not eating it. The only thing right was the drink which we ended up not drinking because it might have been unsanitary based off everything else. Worst and most disgusting McDonalds experience and it was during our vacation which makes it more disappointing. It was also a waste of money which we were on a budget because it was our vacation. I don't write complaints but this was highly called for. The raw meat could've made my husband sick but he spit it out when he noticed something was off. Disgusting. I recommend not eating at this location. So gross.
Contacted customer service. They said they let the location know. So no big help there. No McDonald's now. Will update if I'm actually contacted...

Wow I have never been so mistreated and disrespected by a working person in my life. I was working too. First the female was so rude about the uber eats number I am new to driving so I told her I would just show her. I pulled up to the first window and no one was there, so I pulled to the second window no one was there, afterv39 seconds the male walks up and says I have to drive all the way back around to get my order verified because he has no register at the second wondow. I asked if we can just do it here since im already there. He said no drive back around and walked away. I go back around. No one is there. And after 10 seconds the female walks up. And says scroll up with an attitude . No greeting nothing. I was able to find the number to the order she needed and do rudely she rolls her eyes and does a hand gesture and said so u fo have the first 3. And I said yea im new to this, can you give me the last 2 because it was asking me on the app for them and she shoowed me away with her hand and said u can get it at the front and walked away. I pull up to the second window. Again NO ONE!! And after 30 seconds the male walks up says nothing to me and I asked him his name he ignored looking up like if he was so busy. Mind you there's ate no other customers. And shuts the window and walks away. I am livid! This is unacceptable and so unprofessional! Im so upset and I hope something changes.
