McDonald's — Restaurant in Enterprise

It's McDonald's everyone has an idea of what to expect when coming here. This location is challenging, staff is nice enough, but the drive-thru is absurd. Even if your not going to eat there, some inconsiderate person attempts to line up and blocks any other vehicle from coming in our out of the parking lot.

Which is frustrating for anyone and for those with temper problems it's never a good thing. People getting out of their cars and squawking 🦅 to show how tough they are 🤮. Had to divert my little ones attention away from that spectacle. On another note this location does do mobile ordering, but they don't have designated spots to park and wait. Providing another challenge when looking for the convenience of fast food.

Oh and silly me I thought all the McDonald's in Las Vegas sold breakfast all day 🤦‍♀️. Nope depends on the decision of the franchise owner, which you think they would be breakfast all day. Because the breakfast sandwiches are they only thing I enjoy. However, my daughter is all about the Pancakes and of course happy meals.

*Breakfast stops at 10:30am here. Super disappointing when you've gone through the drive-thru...

Me and my kid went and ordered a happy meal on the online kiosk. When we were about to select the toy, it showed: Pokemon, under 3, and no toy. Usually if there is no toy, it would say out of stock, but there was nothing like that! So we assumed that the toy was available. As well as the receipt said “Pokemon” for the toy, meaning no mistake there.

But when we got the happy meal, there was no toy.. Thankfully we checked in the restaurant, so I went up to cashier to tell them we didn’t recieve anything. To my son’s disappointment, they said there was no more Pokemon toys left.. I didn’t want my child sad so I asked for another toy instead, and they gave a sonic one.

My problem was that if I had not checked the happy meal, there would have been no toy, like nothing not even a replacement toy for the Pokemon.. The entire point of a happy meal for most kids! I just wish they had on the kiosk that they ran out of Pokemon toys, or marked off the example set of the toys. Or at least give a replacement toy, rather than me having to ask for it. I understand the workers must have been tired, it’s alright, everything else about service was okay...

The girl name shaneydia was very rude and had so much attitude to everyone. I came to pick up a vanilla cone. Showed her my code she didnt say anything. So me thinking maybe I just need to wait for a little bit. But no, she made me wait and stand there for so long. So now I asked her for the second time. Why is it taking too long for just one vanilla cone? And she told me she didn’t see my code and walked away. Literally pretended like I’m a ghost. I looked like idiot there waiting and having so much patience even though I know its shouldnt take too long for just one order. Until there’s this asian lady who was very very nice. Literally the exact opposite of this girl shaneydia. She was the one who helped me. And I really really appreciate her for not ignoring me because I was already getting frustrated.. I wish I asked for her name but I just really wanted to leave right away because I’m not the person who likes to make a scene. But That asian lady needs a raise because that’s the kind of customer service that mcdonalds...
