Panda Express — Restaurant in Enterprise

FOOD POISONING FROM THIS LOCATION SEPTEMBER 6, 2024!!

Left a review on Yelp a couple days ago that hasn’t gained traction yet so here I am on Google. I never leave reviews but my boyfriend and I’s experience after eating from this Panda Express location this past weekend was HORRID. We came in for brunch on Friday, September 6th around noon. We got takeout. I got a bowl with chow mein and orange chicken, and my boyfriend got a plate with chow mein, orange chicken, white rice, and the new limited edition “Blazing Bourbon Chicken.” After eating, we took a short nap and then he left for work. Not even a hour into his shift, he began experiencing food poisoning symptoms and had to come home. This was the most violently ill he has ever been in his life. He was incapacitated the entire weekend while recovering from food poisoning. And yes, our meal from Panda Express was the only thing he ate before heading to work. I had no symptoms of food poisoning, and taken that the only things he consumed that I didn’t were the “Blazing Bourbon Chicken” and white rice, it had to be one of those two things that were improperly prepped, stored, or handled. And what’s even crazier is the District Manager WAS PRESENT when we came in to get food. The employee prepping our rangoons was working anxiously, and apologized because the District Manager was there. Thankfully, my boyfriend has mostly recovered from the food poisoning and is doing better. Safe to say, we will never be eating from this Panda Express location again and recommend you...

If I could give this place no stars for today then I would. I've always come here to this location for years. Today was horrible. I understand it can get busy, but the staff was not trained well, orders mixed up, and people got frustrated. No apologies from the cashier. The supervisor was nice. I was the first in line and yet my order was pushed back. After the 8th person who got in front of me and left with their food, I started to remind them that I have food waiting that was pushed aside. Now that wasn't the bad part. The bad part was, the girl who was cutting chicken end up cutting a RAW chicken. As soon as she realized it was raw, she tossed it in the trash below. She then CONTINUED using that SAME knife to cut the others. That for one is a health code violation. Im sure if cameras were rolled back, they will find her doing as I mentioned. There was so much chaos I wanted out. I came home and my kid's chicken were raw! I took a pic as evidence. I called them and spoke to the supervisor (who was nice but kept interrupting). She wasn't understanding what I was telling her. We I asked for the district manager's number. Of course, no answer. Left a voicemail..or maybe she gave me a wrong one. Any who, I hope that none of my kids get sick because then that would lead to...

I came here for lunch after shopping at Best Buy since it is in the same plaza . It's Panda , so I don't expect much . Well , that's what I got . I'm not happy that Panda got rid of my favorite , Sweet Fire Chicken Breast . I thought at first it was just a couple locations , but it appears to be all of them now . I got the Kung Pao Chicken , Orange Chicken , and 1/2 Fried Rice and 1/2 Chow Mein Noodles .

Even though this is a busy location , the Orange Chicken tasted a little stale . I was lucky when I came in that there wasn't a long line . After I sat down to eat , I noticed that the line was now out the door , good timing . Was it worth the $12 I spent for food and a soda , nope . Panda is slowly going down in quality and the prices are going up . You might as well spend a couple bucks more at a real Chinese restaurant since many have lunch specials . This was my first time eating at this location . I won't be coming back . I was here a couple weeks ago and realized I didn't do my review on it , so I had to catch up on my work .
