Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Enterprise

I agree with a lot of people here that they don't really put very many toppings on the pizza I often have to order extra just to make it the same as other piece of places.

But what annoys me the miles and I use the app or the pizza and it tells me it's ready all the time and then I get here and wait 10 minutes because it's actually not ready The app needs to stop lying to us.

It's obviously something automated It has no reflection on what's going on.

I'm here at 2:30 on a Sunday and there's one person working.

This franchise had really gone downhill.

Has anyone else noticed that this app that tells you when the food is ready to be picked up is virtually never right it's like they just fill it out whenever they want half the time it says it's ready I go in and it's not ready and today it hadn't already checked on picked up and I hadn't picked it up and then when I got in there they hadn't even taken it out of the oven yet I don't know if there are somehow attract on these timers but they just push that through and bullshit it so those tracking apps are bullshit they don't do it based on when something's picked up or when something's done almost every time I go there when it says it's done I have to wait for them to still take it out of the oven and box it even though it says it's ready for pickup versus preparing and there are times that I put my order in and within 5 minutes it already says it's ready for pickup when there's clearly no way they made cooked and prepared that pizza in 5 minutes so if Papa John's is tracking that just let me make it clear that is bullshit in their scammy us and you they're not making pizzas in 5 minutes and they're wasting our time when we get there and time our pickups and then it says it's ready but then it's not ready If you're going to have the app use it accurately or don't...

Worst experience ever ordering for delivery. Will never order from this store again!! I tried to order a pizza last night from papa johns. We often get pizza from here with no issues. When we called the store the person who answered the phone was very rude. The phone was cutting out so we asked if they could repeat what they said instead they got an attitude and repeated it in the most ridiculous manner ever. So instead we decided to order offline. We almost ordered from pizza hut (which I wish we would of, if I'd known what would happen) but we decided to just go to the papa johns website. The order said it would take 31-41 minutes. It took 1 hour and 10 minutes to arrive. I live right across the street. For convenience sake, and to put a little extra money in someone's pocket I chose delivery. One of the pizzas was not cut and we were missing sauce that we paid extra for. On top of that the pizzas were cold. We called the store. They said they could replace the pizza and bring the extra sauce we were missing. About an hour later someone knocked at the door. Left the pizza on the ground. And poured garlic sauce all over the balcony. Then They threw the package of garlic sauce down stairs in the grass. What kind of company runs there business like this. We have spent so much money at this location in the last 2 years. I'm so upset, I will never order...

Update: Management saw my post and followed up with me the following day. They apologized for the poor experience and offered to either refund my money or offer me a comp on my next order, so I opted to give them another shot. The fact they contacted me at all (with the pandemic and everyone being short-staffed) shows they're at least willing to stand behind their product. Hopefully my next pizza order will reflect the quality they once had, but maybe I'll also refrain from ordering XL pizzas just to avoid this exact situation.

SCAMMERS! This used to be a good pizza place, but in the past 6 months they've been trying to pass off smaller pizza as larger sizes. I overlooked it the first couple of times they did it to me but this last time was just a horrible experience as they delivered the wrong order to me (a 2 topping medium that belonged to someone else) and when I finally got my correct order 1 3/4 hours later (cold & soggy) they were obviously giving me medium pizzas! I took a picture of my supposedly XL specialty pizza sitting in the box of the medium 2-topping. They're the FREAKING SAME SIZE! Why am I paying double the price? STOP...
