Everything was a hit at this place. It’s hard to describe what this place is like because I’ve never been anywhere like here before. I mean, I’ve had hotpot before, but the experience here was much different than anywhere else.

I’ll start with the staff, I wish I had our waitresses name but I don’t. She was very kind, checked on us but not annoyingly often, and gave great suggestions. She was attentive, kind, and made our whole experience better than it already was. Atmosphere wise this place transports you into a kind of futuristic/spacey Chinese setting. It’s hard to describe but they obviously spent a lot of time making all of the decor hung up and everything else displayed, it was crazy.

Onto the food, we started with the beef roll which we really liked. It wasn’t too heavy and the dough that they used was really light and with the greens in the roll it felt really fresh and refreshing. We also got the stir fried udon noodles which were amazing (my favorite thing we got). For the entrees we both got a different hotpot, my wife got the sea salt tomato and I got the tonkotsu. Both were good and very different from one another. The tomato one that she had was rich and sweet and mine was more salty and brothy. Both of us enjoyed them and thought with the chili and garlic oils that they have at the table they were perfect.

All I. All, I’d highly suggest this place to anyone looking for a very reasonable priced hotpot experience. We love to support local and we feel like this place really hit on everything a hotpot place should, friendly staff, good food,...

I recently discovered Alleyway, and I must say it’s become my favorite hot pot spot in the Las Vegas area. I've been to several other places around town, but none have matched the cleanliness, quality, and level of service that this restaurant consistently provides.

The space is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming dining environment. The service here is also outstanding. On both of my visits, we were taken care of by two kind and attentive staff members. They were courteous, checked on us several times throughout the meal, and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive.

As for the food—absolutely delicious. I’ve tried both the Szechuan Spicy and Korean Kimchi broth bases, and each one was packed with rich, bold flavor. My friend ordered the Stinky Tofu base, and I got to sample it. t was surprisingly tasty, with a deep and complex flavor that wasn’t overpowering at all. The spice levels were perfectly balanced, enhancing the overall experience without overwhelming the palate.I already know what I’ll be ordering on my next visit!

Whether you're a hot pot lover or trying it for the first time, I highly recommend giving Alleyway a visit. It’s a gem in the Las Vegas food scene and definitely worth...

Food was good. They pack their hotpot’s with ALOT of food, and if you’re picky you might not like some of the things that come with, you can take things out, but there were so many things I forgot something I didn’t like. The service was very good, and the atmosphere is super cool! Probably the nicest inside and coolest feel with all of the unique Japanese sign boards as lights!

Was it the best hotpot in town? No, but it was decent!

Was it possibly the most unique and calm? Absolutely.

It would be nice if you could choose your broth and then have a few different options of premixed add ins which is what a lot of other hotspots do.

I did think having your own individual heater was nice, and they definitely know what they are doing because the flame burns at a perfect timing to cook your food and then naturally burns out, so I must say that was well done.

Definitely hidden in the corner off of eastern and can be hard to find, but it’s a really cool place for the area. Not a lot of hotpot places near Henderson so...
