Dude with the ponytail glasses and bracelets is a rude jerk. While the young lady was making me a sandwich he interrupted her and I started asking me all kinds of questions about if it was for here or to go ECT. The thing is me and my 6 year old daughter were the only people in the store so it's not like he needed to hurry things along or interrupt the young lady making my sandwich. So I answered his questions and then said you know she was asking me about my sandwich there was no reason for you to interrupt her and I no one else is in line or even in this store. It was obvious he was upset with me. So I paid him and went about my business to eat my sandwich then this jerk starts slamming things around and walking around like he's got some kind of problem. Like if I can't go to port of subs without some weirdo getting a attitude with me then I won't give port of subs my business anymore. The sandwich was also very small for a 12 inch like I ordered a #1 literally came with 3 pieces of ham 3 pieces of provolone 4 pepperonis 3 capicolla about 10 black olives it was seriously the skimpiest sandwich of my life. I would avoid this place especially if you have kids. Also who wants someone especially a 40 year old looking guy making sandwiches with a bunch of jewelry isn't that against health dept rules . I'm out...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWell, for the first time in all my years of coming to Port of Subs on Eastern north of Serene, I thought the service was below average. Its 1830 hours and i just departed. It is July 15th.
There were 2 employees there, a male and a female. The male was his usual affable self. However the female didplayed a non-caring attitude.
The femaleās name was Karia. She was so ādullā. She had no personality, no joy, no friendliness, but she did display an attitude of, āI donāt wanna be hereā. I tried to strike up light conversation but it was to no avail. I received one word answers.
As a customer I expect a little bit more in interpersonal skills. Karia should remember-that she is in a service oriented profession. People come because of the service. Additionally, if there arenāt any customers you wonāt have employment!
Having a bad day, or having a headache, or whatever is no excuse. Ive been there and I venture to say the majority of us have! But guess what? We can choose to have a great attitude despite negative outside occurrences.
On the positive side? She did her job!š
Respectfully and Best Regards,
Joe...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNo matter if it's your first customer of the day or a customer coming in before closing, everyone should be treated the same. We had the worst service ever last night. We came in 10-15 min before closing, everything was already cleaned up and packed away. The two guys who were working were mad that we came in, rude, rushed through our order. Our sandwich was sloppy, the bread was stale. The one guy making the sandwich was in such a rush to get our order done and us out that he didn't pay attention to what I was requesting on my sandwich. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location no matter...
