PT's Ranch — Restaurant in Enterprise

Met up with my friends here at PT’s and it was all our first time here…and our last. Something needs to be done about the bartender Stacy. She was rude, cold, and racist. We were playing pool and not once did she approach us to ask if we needed anything or wanted a drink. And when one of my friends wanted to order another drink, Stacy ignored her and helped other guests at the bar. The jukebox simultaneously changed from country to rap, and soon she finally comes to talk to us while we play pool, only to tell us to not change the music on the jukebox and that the music playing before the rap was fine. We calmly explained to her that it was not us that changed the music, and she still insisted we change it as the guests do not like the music. Eventually she herself changed it back to country music.

Never have I ever been to a bar where they discriminate against specific music that plays. And the fact that we received this service and treatment being our first time at a PT’s Ranch, along with her automatic assumption that we changed the music to rap just because of the color of our skin is unacceptable. Why can’t she cater to all people of all races? I am seeing other reviews on Yelp and on here about similar issues people have had with Stacy, so for a fact she definitely discriminates others and mistreats the customers way more than what you see here on the reviews. My friend and I stopped by one Wednesday (July 2021). The girl who tended to us was pleasant and attentive. We left happy, our bill was around $80, the girl got 20% and 5 stars.

Expecting a similar experience we went on a Saturday, around 8pm. We were on the bar; a man with a mohawk haircut was the bartender for the night. Not being familiar with what was on tap @ PT's (as we are new to the Las Vegas area) we asked for a sample. The man was so offended he stormed away without a response and came back with the said sample.

We didn't like the beer he suggested so we naturally asked for his beer menu instead. The man said they didn't have any. So, we defaulted to his suggestion again, and asked for a sip of his new suggestion.

The man had been already irked by our first request and was visibly annoyed this second time and bluntly answered they didn't do samples.

We told him we changed our minds and left the place. He was so relieved to see us leave.

We spent $0 @ the establishment, Mr Mohauk's got negative 3 stars, and $0 in tip.

We don't intend to go back, not even to see that pleasant girl from last Wednesday.

The service is great and knowledgeable.

When you order a mango michelada be ware that it’s pretty spicy 🌶 (I don’t eat spicy food) so my lips were tingly for a min or so.

Mango cart wheat ale is pretty sweet and good tasty beer similar to blue moon type. Recommend that.

Loaded potatoes with pork is pretty good and juicy Definitely recommend that. That means other pork dishes are good.

Chicken quesadilla has basic taste nothing to special you would find in this choice. It comes with guacamole, salsa and sour cream.

Fried chicken sandwich was a bit to crispy for my personal choice so I didn’t finish.

The Apple pie is an 3inch in diameter and enough for 2 people to share after the dinner. But don’t hold your breath it wasn’t made by the...
