Starbucks — Restaurant in Enterprise

New review: After about a month of going and getting drinks that tasted like possible mold or something wrong with the ice, today I finally have a drink after having to throw away at least 10 then I just stopped coming, that the drinks finally taste normal again. Sad that because no one else was complaining my complaint was ignored. I hope that the issue was truly resolved.

Original review: The food and drinks have been good until recently for the drinks. Two different times I ordered a drink and had to dump it out because of a strong taste that was gross. Possibly chemically? And when I told them they tried to make it right with new drinks that just tasted the same. I tried to tell them and they didn’t seem to want to find the cause of the taste because no body else has complained. And it’s not just a slight taste after 5 or 6 sips the entire drink taste that way. But I’ve ordered 3 drinks plus the 2 they gave me to make it up and they all tasted the same. Then they gave me a completely different drink and it still ended up tasting the same and I just dumped it out when I went home. Other than that before this past week everything has tasted great. If they would just try to figure out what tastes wrong then I’ll be back and I hope it’s nothing serious. The only common denominator in the drinks I had that I could tell was the ice. And the cups. It’s Starbucks. You know you are over paying for a mediocre sugary drink—but it’s usually dependable. Today, typical of most modern Starbucks (yes—I grew up in the 80s and 90s in Seattle which was peak Starbux) the place was dirty and the wait comical. They weren’t all that busy but it still took 27 minutes (nope—not a typo!) in the drive through. We mobile ordered so we had already paid—thus the ONLY reason we waited. At the window, the young lady said everyone (like 8 of us?) all came at once!

I had —up until today—taken a long break from Starbucks because last time this particular store made me a drink they mixed up the non-fat milk with Soy Milk and sent me to the ER in full blown Anaphylaxis.

There was a day, a long time ago, when Starbucks was great. That was a long long time ago! Go literally...

I’m tired of this people working on here 😣. Especially the black lady that never smiled or welcomed at us and always with an attitude that makes me to leave as soon as I get there . I prefer the one in target so much of a difference in there ! I never feel welcome neither with my kids if I asked for something they told me to wait (15min) to ask me what do I need . On top of all this something has to be wrong with all of my drinks if i asked on any way to please fix them they will get mad at me ..
