If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
11/17/2022, 5:50 PM - My husband placed an online order and asked me to pick it up on my way home from work. When I got there to pick it up and gave them our name, the gal said she could not find our order. She looked us up on the computer, found our order and let me know someone had already picked it up. I confirmed that if someone picked it up, it was not us, as we don't have any pizza in our possession. She let me know it would be a 10-15 minute wait to remake our order. I was annoyed but understand accidents happen. About 10 minutes into my wait, a customer named Fernando came in with an order that was not his. He let the gal know he received something different than what he had ordered. She was rude to him, asked him what the issue was, had him pull up his order on his phone, realized she gave him our order (again, accidents happen), and retrieve his correct order from the warming shelves. She takes the incorrect order from the customer and PLACES IT BACK UNDER THE WARMING SHELVES, instead of tossing them as health code would require. Now, I'm paying very close attention to assure that I do not receive the returned food items, for very obvious food safety reasons. She did grab me the two remade pizzas that had been baking while I waited but sure enough, grabbed me the RETURNED dessert sticks that the previous customer brought back in. I let her know that I would not be taking the returned dessert sticks, (she asked why) and I let her know that I saw what she had done. I told her that what she did is unsanitary and considered a health code violation. I told her again that the returned items (the dessert sticks she tried to give me and also the two returned pizzas) belonged in the trash can. She ignored me and never removed the food items from the warmer. I asked for her manager's name, she said "I will not be giving that to you." I asked again and she said "Nope, I will not be giving that to you." Mind you, not one of the other 5 staff members stepped in to help handle the situation. She did bring my fresh order and did refund me for my purchase, which I would expect. The way I was treated, the way she did not handle the situation and the way I left with no manager contact information was enough for me to never return to Dominos in Enumclaw, somewhere we dine typically 2-3 times per month.
Before I left, I assured I got fresh food products, but I cannot say the same for the next customer that happened to order the same food items we did.

I call to ask where my pizza is and not only is the first girl rude to me for asking why it’s been an hour and a half I get hung up on call back and they say they got lost. I live next door to the yella beak it’s not hard. I say I’ll just come pick it up but they insist on driving it here. Second driver gets lost drives past the beak. And when the pizza gets here not only is it cold not only it’s it soaked through the boxes and all the boxes completely crushed flat but it’s wrong. Read moreI had 24 dollars left in my account. I'm having to work through my lunch so I tried to order through the app. Something messed up with the app so I called the store. The lady helped me with my order and rung me up then after they charged me they told me they could not deliver if it was not more then $18.00 I was cents away. So instead of just bringing me my food she refunded the money. Now I have to wait on my bank to make the money available in order to get any food.
