Customer PSA: please tip more than $1 when ordering. Drivers make only $2.75 cats the King County Law only applies to Seattle not Enumclaw. You can see what your order pays with the attached screenshot of an offer. If both orders were take an hr only have $1 tip we’ve only made $7.50 which is federal minimum water. We can all agree fed min water is not sustainable.

We rely on tips so please don’t stuff your drivers!

Todays reminder: I waited 30 minutes for them to make an order which was not worth my time or effort. Please remember drivers is best to avoid this location unless the orders pay well above average since you will often have to spend more time waiting on the order when you can be doing other deliveries.

Updated review: still awesome CS however as a delivery driver they trade way too long most days and I often come here waiting which results in me unassigning customer orders because the pay is no longer worth the wait.

Please heed caution when ordering from here it even picking up. Make sure the orders over compensate at this location because it’s not worth waiting on the orders otherwise.

Tonight I decided after waiting some time today id try jersey mikes subs, cause they recently opened a new one in my home town, Enumclaw Wa, I had planned to order dinner for me and my parents, I was gonna have the classic philly, and order 2 of the roast beef and provolone for them. Well I'll say when I walked in, there were between 7 to 10 people, including me and my sister, there for food. I looked on the menu for a moment, and decided what I had planned to order, and continued to the place your order counter, I respectfully and patiently stood there, for ten minutes, without as much as a hello, can I help you, or I'll be right with you sir. I am disapointed , and I believe that your employees need to do better they need customer service training ,thanks and have a good day. We were there between 5 and 6 pm. Tuesday...

A couple of the employees here are never friendly and make you feel awkward at times. That wouldn't be a big deal if the sandwiches were made correctly. I called and placed an order for a hot chicken philly. Brought it home and it was "Mike's way" (which I never ordered) and the whole sandwich was excessively soaked with oil +vinegar and chipotle mayo that it was like sandwich soup. Lol bread was so wet and saugy and the whole thing was messed up. I worked at jersey Mike's years ago it's not a hard job and I cared enough to not serve s* but these young kids dont have a sense of care for anything. Wont go far in life if you cant follow simple directions and put a little bit of pride in your job. When you spend almost $20 on a sandwich it needs to be right. All I'm saying. Good luck enumclaw...
