Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Enumclaw

A. I have worked there for over 6 months in the past so allow me to give an enterpretation of my experience as an employee.

When I worked there, the manager was less than friendly to the employees so I can only imagine how she might have been to the customers during complaints and disagreements. That was her issue not a problem of the entire restaurant. Since I left, they are under new management and the new general manager is a sweetheart honestly. Very compliant with the customers and very sympathetic.

B. Also in regards to the phones. They often don't answer the phone due to being understaffed.

Remember, Pizza Hut is a VERY VERY LARGE corporation(the largest pizza company in the WORLD). And whatever the heads of the corporation decides to do trickles down to each branch. They want them to cut as many hours of labor as possible while making their forecasted sales numbers at the same time they are running their ridiculous deals which completely undercuts the sales margins while having to work with limited staff.

I am not trying to vouch for the store but I think being able to understand the ludicrous circumstances they(the workers and the management) are put under may help you to be more patient or understanding.

They try their best with what they have. But the guys at the head of the company don't give them much...

Haven't been to a pizza hut in couple years. Got their 2 for 1 huthut code special 3/13/25. Large Meat Lovers seemed skimpy on toppings. The other was large Hawaiian. Didn't like their version. My opinion it should just be Canadian Bacon and Pineapple. Again toppings seemed skimpy. Not how I remember Pizza Hut being. Don't think I'll be back which is to bad as they were one of the better ones. Last thing, $22 for large is crazy. Like $5 to high. Location was Enumclaw. My opinion.

Update, Owner reply was to contact them by email. See their response below. I did almost 2 weeks ago and not a peep from them. They say same thing to each review they don't like. Wonder if owner has gotten back to anyone? Maybe just a ploy so people reading reviews will think they really care. Nothing happening here and I stand by original review even more do now. Don't think I'll visit...

I always buy Bone in Wings and Stuffed Crust pizza. At first the experience was great food was good and service was fast. After a few times everything went down hill. I ordered pizza and waited over an hour for it. I called because it took so long and they said they didn't have stuffed crust anymore. No one called me to explain and I'm curious how long it would have took. No big deal one time incident right? Every time I call... Let me note I call often they're out of Bone in wings and stuffed crust pizza. Doesn't matter if I go in or call. They're always out whether it's a Monday, Wednesday, or Saturday. Seems like laziness to me. In addition how does pickup time take 15 minutes and delivery 1 block away take over an hour? Another problem they have. Hire more drivers and stock more food. Problem Solved. AND GET RID OF DANIEL!!! HE CAN'T...
