First time here at the wired cup! The wait was about what I expected, and for everyone going off about the prices, you must be living under a rock. For the quality of the food and selection, they are very competitive. I had a cold brew vanilla carmal coffee that was very good. Even though my wife liked it and she does not like coffee. I went there specifically to get the eagles green drink and I was a little disappointed because it was not really green at all. I think it was all mixed in, but the coffee was still good. Now for the beagle 😍 let me tell you something, this beagle was absolutely divine ✨️ I got the everything beagle with their parm pesto cream cheese. After the first bite, I was transported to a different dimensions once and all confirming the multi verses theory. It was a intoxicating mixture of flavor and the perfect beagle crunch. 10/10 would recommend. Overall, 5 stars 🌟

A slice of New York in Ephrata, PA. The owner has done a fantastic job of setting a New York style theme for this cafe. Between the coffee and food aromas to the decorations it’s easy to imagine yourself transported to the city. I travel to New York on a regular basis for work and fun, and have been to many cafes there. While it’s not hard to recreate a New York coffee shop it’s more a challenge to keep a business running and thriving. The service is really good and timely. They are busy which shows the success they have grown. The coffee is excellent they use Lancaster County Coffee roasters. Cant go wrong. But the magic is their own creations of their coffee drinks, especially their cold brew. The food is really good. The walking burritos are a must as are the bagels and breakfast burritos. Check this place out, it’s good! Cheers!

The best cafe in the area hands down! For the last year or so, I’ve ordered pickup from here at least twice a week and usually dine in on Saturdays with my husband. I work from home and Wired Cup is always my pick-me-up during the week. Since the beginning, the food and drinks have always been phenomenal! The NY style bagels, the homemade cream cheese, the breakfast sandwiches, the lattes and OMG the stuffed french toast(!!) - all so delicious! They are always adding new items and I love that they use seasonal fruits and flavors into their menu. This is definitely my happy place. Kelsey, Shane, and Staff - keep up the great work! The food/service industry is hard work and often unforgiving. Know that you are valued and appreciated by so many in this community!

Update... (August 2022) VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH "SERVICE"! I visited 2 weeks ago with my wife on Sunday afternoon... 1:32 pm... (THE DECAL SIGN ON DOOR SAYS SUNDAY TILL 3:00 PM) BUT DOOR IS LOCKED... 2 persons are ordering at cash register to KELSI (Co-owner), 3 other patrons are sitting at 2 other tables (1 eating, other table appears to be waiting for food)... BUT DOOR IS LOCKED. We wait a moment... KELSI (co-owner) finishes ringing up person's order... then looks at us at door... pauses... writes something on a piece of paper... adds tape... promptly walks to door AND WITHOUT MAKING EYE CONTACT WITH US... posts sign (CLOSED... SOLD OUT FOR THE DAY). Then looks at me and mouths the word: "Sorry." ...and just turns walks away. She never took a moment to open door and explain or apologize, or ask what we were looking to get (WE MERELY WANTED 6 BEGALS TO GO & 1 CUP OF COFFEE... NO PREP!). I phoned the next business day to discretely inquire saying I must have missed them the day before... that they were sold out and what I wanted... was told they DID have begals & coffee... just needed to close early. They had no idea it was me who was at the door on Sunday. --- SHAME ON YOU! ---- YOU NEED TO DECIDE HOW YOU WANT YO RUN YOUR BUSINESS AND WHEN YOU WANT TO BE OPEN. I HAVE BEEN THERE 3-4 OTHER TIMES IN THE PAST FEW WEEKS WHEN A SIGN SAID CLOSED ...BUT YOUR HOURS SAID OPEN. IF YOU WISH TO CLOSE AT 1:30 ON A SUNDAY... THAT IS FINE... BUT CHANGE YOUR DARN SIGN... STOP SCREWING WITH CUSTOMERS. --- FOR A NEW BUSINESS... ONE WOULD THINK YOU WOULD GO OUT OF YOUR WAY TO GIVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE... NOT PLAY GAMES WITH THEM. I have since talked with other who have also experienced your 'closed early' sign. THAT BEING SAID... I'm not saying I will not come back. Your have good food! But I won't accept poor customer service again. YOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO 'EARN BACK' THE RATING OF 5 STARS I ORIGINALLY GAVE YOU. BUT YOU WILL NEED TO EARN IT. NO MORE GAMES. YOU HAVE VERY GOOD FOOD... BUT YOUR MANAGEMENT & COMMUNICATIONS STYLE (KELSI) NEEDS TO IMPROVE! Please make good changes. Show us... don't tell us! I hope other folks experience here is better. *

(Original Post) June 2022- Finally... a good local bagel place. Usually 6+ bagel flavors. Always fresh. Great selection of speciality sandwiches (both breakfast & lunch). HOMEMADE BLENDED CREAM CHEESE SPREADS (...just tried the one with cocoa... WOW!!! My new favorite. I have tried the Veggie, French Toast (really tasty), Strawberry & Fresh Peach... all EXCELLANT! Coffee is really good. Many speciality coffee items available. Reasonably priced. YOU GOTTA CHECK THIS PLACE OUT! I...

I went in today to visit this place, and I was excited to feel the NY vibe. First, they have bagels which smelled delicious, but they didn’t have any vegan cream cheese. No big deal, though, I guess… not all NY bagel shops carry that either. But, I was hungry, so I started looking though the menu. Nothing vegan at all… which is definitely not like any modern NYC food shop I’ve been to. But, still, I didn’t mind that. The staff working there were pretty nice, and I know that I’m in Dutch country where everyone eats meat proudly. I decided upon a drink, then. Dirty Chai! Unfortunately, she said, the espresso machine was broken. She did offer me drip coffee and iced lattes, though, about which I was nonplussed because the espresso machine was broken! How can you do an iced latte without an espresso machine? She told me they brew their espresso ahead of time for the ices lattes…!! This made me wonder how long this espresso sits around, but whatever. Not to be deterred, and still excited to try a different coffee shop (I love visiting new, local coffee shops), I order a brown sugar shaken espresso with oat milk. It took a while to get made, though, and when I got it, I left the store to go get a greeting card for my mother. I started drinking it, and it wasn’t good. Too sweet. But, that’s not the end of the world. Very milky, too. Could barely taste the coffee. Then I noticed that phlegm feeling in my mouth. I knew this feeling and taste… it was cow’s milk. Not oat milk. I looked at the cup… nothing about oat milk, and the person who took my order didn’t make it. So, if there were no indicator of oat milk, she wouldn’t have known to make it that way. In fact, it’s not even made in front of you. It’s made in the back of the house someplace for some reason. I went back in to return it and let them know they made a mistake, but there were about six people in the lobby at this point, and the person that was in front of me from my initial visit was still waiting for their order, so I just put the cup down and left. Very...

If you are looking for burnt coffee and a nasty attitude owner, then this is YOUR SPOT.

The coffee always tastes so burnt, cant even drink it. When conversing with the owner about it, the owner was more than nasty with their replies. They don't like any negative feedback and will belittle you and berate you for it. They will gaslight you by added unneeded information. Their pizza cream cheese was pretty terrible in my opinion. Saw someone once said they didn't like it for themselves but the owner decided to say "Two people came in today and tried it and loved it so much they bought a tub each." like that was the MOST gaslighting and unneeded information. If someone just said it wasn't for them, then just take it at that. I have tried this coffee spot many times and after seeing how the owner acts and the fact that nothing changes, i wont ever be going again. Plus when Martins was on fire, Instead of sending the VOLUNTEER firefighters coffee like Java Teas, they just said to come in and try something of theirs. They clearly don't care for the community and don't want to help the community. People should LOOK into that and only support businesses that help the community, not the owners bad attitude pockets.

Cant wait for the owner to blandly or like their coffee, burntly, reply to this or have it removed because they are upset over a...
