Viva México Tacos — Restaurant in Ephrata Township

Saw a new taco truck, had to stop. First off, they are super nice people. Great quality service, very friendly. I ordered 3 Al Pastor tacos and a Horchata. Im a big Horchata fan, hands down this is the best I've ever had. I finished it off within minutes and had to get another to go. Now the tacos. They were packed full, as you can see. Great flavor. They gave me a small side of tomatillo sauce and a red sauce. Im not a huge fan of tomatillo, but gave it a shot. Has a nice kick to it, and decent flavor. I didn't get much flavor from the red sauce, just lots of heat. Overall, im definitely stopping here again. I know we have quite a few taco joints around that are all great, but I think I give this place a slight edge. Just my opinion, definitely...

Viva Mexico has the best tacos around; the flavors, consistency, and value make them incredible. I’ve tried most of the taco places nearby, and Viva has the best flavors across several different tacos. The tacos are so full that they feel heavy, and an order of 3 is filling. I’ve tried the quesabirrias, al pastor, chicken, and steak. All of these were very good. The consommé was fresh and flavorful. Great addition to the Ephrata food truck scene. The corn tortillas were a cut above many I’ve had and definitely authentic Mexican! The tostada tinga was three tostadas loaded with chicken, and all the toppings! The tacos were filled to the brim with meat, no skimping there! The quesadilla for my 3 yr old had me stealing bites cause it was so flavorful! Definitely worth checking out and they even have a few tables if you want to eat right there!
