They have a wide selection of products and good prices. However the glass piece I had bought broke during regular usage, and the torch I bought ended up not working a day later.
They gave me a $4 discount for the bad glass and replaced the torch with the same model.
They don't seem like a bad place. They had originally given me a discount for a good review but I will have to take that review back since I ended up basically buying a second piece of glass out of my own pocket, and I expect this torch to run into the same issue. As it worked fine for a day, and then stopped working.
I would of been happier if I got my money back for the glass and the torch. I don't really think $4 discount is worth anything, and the original was discounted $3 anyways so I really only got $1 back. They also didn't offer me to keep the broken glass I had returned that I paid basically full price for.
So all in all, be careful with their glass, if it's cheap it's probably made cheap. All I did was set my piece down on a table and it broke on the glass seam between the colors.
I don't think I will return any time soon, this whole situation just rubbed me wrong and it doesn't feel right. I've had many pieces over the years, and many of them have lasted me years, even cheap ones.
Update: In response to the owners comment, I do appreciate the response. However I have also had many pieces that lasted years. You offered no refund on the glass and, I ended up losing $20 over a faulty product. I really didn't want the same torch that failed on me already, but I wasn't going to argue. Your store is out of my way, and adds 45 minutes to my trip home from work. At this point it's not worth traveling back to the store.
You guys had a chance to make it right, and I was offered a refund over the phone when I called, and then was told I couldn't have one in the store when I came in. I shouldn't have to post a bad review or argue to get my money back. I think my review is entirely fair, and I don't think it's really honest to ask for a 5 star review in exchange for a discount in the first place.
