Burger King — Restaurant in Ephrata Township

If I could leave 0 stars I would so i order a honey mustard chicken wrap. I got home took 1 bite my mouth was in fire. I thought maybe I accidentally order the wrong wrap. Before I called I looked at the receipt and online order it says HONEY MUSTARD CHUCKEN WRAP!!!! I was given a fiery royal crispy chicken wrap. 2 totally different types of wraps! One isn't spicy the other is how hard is it to read and get it correct???? I hate spicy food. Idk what kind of jokes employees at Burger King are trying to play on customers or maybe they need to go back to school so they can read properly smfh. The manager I spoke to very unprofessional. She didnt even apologize for her employees mistake! She says i can write you're name down for another time. Like hello you're employee gave out something very spicy and thats all you offer? I said I want a refund she says you have to go through the app. Again very unprofessional not even understanding. I said you've just lost a customer her response was ok. I went to Burger King on Sunday December 3rd and while I Was parking I noticed one of the employees Standing outside And the manager came unlocked the door let the employee in who was standing outside and the manager locked the door. Now by this time I was getting out of my car to go inside to eat. The manager locked both doors and I knocked to see if I could come in to dine which I have been at that particular Burger King at 310 North Reading road many times to eat and never had any problems getting in on a Sunday. Well the manager had both doors locked didn't even answer my knock as a matter of fact all the employees were facing toward all the equipment .their backs were facing toward the doors where you couldn't even see their faces. So since they did not want to answer the doors and at least say we're not opening the dining room I decided to go through the drive through. The lady at the window was a royal B. I’m a door dash driver and she scolded me as I went for the drinks. I had asked for a water for myself so I went to take it off the carrier. And as I was going for the carrier I noticed it was broken as the customers drink almost fell out. And she acted as if it was my fault. I asked for a second carrier for underneath (because according to her their drink needs to be in the carrier). She kneels down and practically yelled under her breath “lord help us”. Then says to me (without even giving the carrier) “ya know if you took your water out it would help” like WHAT?! if you don’t like people and aren’t going to treat them with a little respect, get another job.
