On July 3rd I had used my points toward a free medium double pepperoni pizza. I had asked for well done and it wasnt done exactly as I ordered. Also the delivery driver was not that friendly. When emailed the next day to rate my experience I did. I have 2 autistic children who absolutely LOVE papa johns. And any autism parent knows that when their child finds something that they eat its crucial to have it and done right. What upset me is when my son said hi to the delivery driver he was ignored After talking with Corey I was made aware the driver was new and is working on coming out of his shell so to speak. Its a huge deal when my son says hi because he is withdrawn an never says hi. BUT he was at my door with his favorite thing in the world pizza! I received a email from the store manager Corey that blew me away because most dont care. He offered my son a free pizza an wanted to deliver it himself. After finding out my daughter was also autistic and that they fight over carrying the box inside to the table he split the pizza into 2 boxes so they each could have one AND after finding out Papa Johns is my sons favorite pizza( the only one he will eat) he even gave my son a papa johns hat which he wore all night lol. Thank you to everyone at this store for making my son...
Read moreI want to say thank you to the Papa John's franchise in Ephrata PA. For going out of your way to make my son Leland who is Autistic and loves his pizza 🍕. Feel so special today and you even brought him a Papa Js Hat. My wife explained to me what you guys did and that is awesome. Thank you to the delivery driver , the manager and the owner. For making this possible. My son only eats pizza and nuggets cause of his disability so you guys buying him a pizza is like winning the lottery , you guy's at the store keep up the good work. I worked for Papa John's awhile back and even then it was also my favorite place to get my Pie. I was even considering to go back to work part time for Papas just cause my son would love for me to bring back pizza every night. 😁🍕🍕🍕 I...
Read moreWhat happened to Papa Johns? I opened the box of the large thin crust pizza and the box of the medium traditional pizza, and was disappointed. They did not look good. They did not taste good. I said to myself I can't believe I just paid 30 dollars for this. My daughter took one bite and spit it out. I could have paid 20 dollars for better quality with toppings at a local mom and pop place. This place certainly had a lot of employees walking around doing nothing. Close this business down. You are wasting community resources by taking up quality space with a poor product. This business may appear to be managed well to the Papa John Corporate standards but it does not serve this...
