Well They are extremely slow to serve you there. I have been there recently as both a consumer and as a Door Dash driver. It doesn't seem to matter whether or not you use the drive thru or actually go inside for service. The problem may be that they are simply understaffed.....but, the seems to be enough staff on site to so the job MUCH MORE EFFICIENTLY! I am willing to allow for a packed drive thru or lobby causing significant delays, ofcourse....But when you have 5-6 people behind the counter and one car in the drive thru and two people already served sitting at a table in the lobby eating an already served order, well.....I'm sorry....I think a 15-20 minute wait for a sandwich and a drink is problematic. I'm just saying. AND as far as DOOR DASH ORDERS for pickup, well, DOOR DASH CUSTOMERS HAVE:
IF THE ORDERS I ACCEPTED WERE READY (They WERE ALREADY PAID FOR!!) Then I might be able to make 4 deliveries an hour. MIGHT!! Instead, customers who have ordered themselves and HANDLED the payment themselves get put on the back burner to wait and I get blamed for cold food or a long delay in delivery as though it's my fault! Retail establishments DON'T SEE THE REAL SITUATION or Respect the customers that they've already made their profit from or the good driver's out there who provide good service without any RESPECT from them trying to support a family! Yet, undoubtedly, we DOUBLE THEIR ABILITY TO make their location a profit! Yep! I said ALL THAT! So If you aren't in a hurry and want to hear about the female the kid at the counter is trying to get with and the escapades they had last night instead of getting your food. Yep I highly recommend the Arby's on W 12th!! My...
Read moreAfter having to argue with a man blocking the Peach St entrance, he finally let us in after a couple minutes of waiting. "Are you going in?" No.. we're standing here behind you for our health.. YOU'RE BLOCKING THE DOOR, MOVE OR GO IN!! Food was generally okay, the store could be a bit cleaner.. as there was soda ALL over the floor and counter by the fountain machine being tracked through the whole store. I had to clean my shoes when I got home. There was nasty stuff by the garbage because someone obviously missed the hole and just left it there. Quite a few tables needed cleaned. But the worst part of it all is all the homeless people! People ALWAYS panhandling outside this store on the corner of Peach st right by the door, hanging off the railing and all.. as we ate, we had the pleasure of watching a couple through the window beside us beg for money from everyone walking out of the store and all the cars. And a homeless lady must have taken a "bath" in the restroom, because she went in wearing one thing looking a mess, and came out in a different outfit with her hair all done and...
Read moreThey seem to cater more toward the bums that come in and plop down. You have a better chance if you go in, to get a decently made sandwich and fresh hot crinkle cut or curly fries. I went through the drive through. I got a sloppily made spicy roast beef, a old cold crispy fish sandwich, and curly fries. I went through at 3pm. There's merit to another Reviewer about the roast beef being Undercooked and the curly fries were Old hard bits which I tossed out to the birds at home. This has happened on Numerous Occasions for me to have to say something. Too Bad. A few years ago when it was still cool to pay rent & bills instead of living off the kindness and generosity of others as a lifestyle the food was larger quantity and better quality. Seems now they have to take up the slack somewhere. Such a shame. And please don't PATRONIZE me with your 'oh reach out to us and we'll make it right' jag. I don't want your hollow premise to fix it. This is what the country has become. Weirdo's Zippheads and Tranks and Erie has MORE than it's fair...
