Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Erie

I don’t fault the store for the issues with my order....it is 100% a management issue! I have been ordering from Dominos for a long time, and was only able to get delivery out of the Peninsula Dr. store...but, their food preparation and delivery were excellent, and I was completely satisfied with their service! When I went online to order today, the site indicated my order was being produced at the Peninsula Dr. store, I requested tracking, as I usually do, so when I received no tracking texts, and my order didn’t show up in a timely fashion(45 minutes at that point), I went back to the order to check if there was any progress on the tracker graph. It seemed to have progressed to “checking order”, but it said my order had come out of the oven at 7:59 pm, and it was now around 8:35! I looked over the order, and discovered that my order was coming from the W. 14th St. store(which is only about 1 mile from my home! First of all, when did the order get switched to that store, and second, where the heck was it? I called the 14th St. store, and was told that the delivery areas had been changed, and that orders were taking 1 1/2 to 2 hrs!!!! Since I placed the order around 7:45, and it was now 8:45, I wanted to know what the status of my order was. I was told it would be the next one going out, but they they only had 2 delivery people, one in a car, and one on a bike! I said how hot was it going to be! He(the guy on the phone) said it should be hot, but let them know if it wasn’t! Well, another 40 minutes later, our order showed up, by the guy on bike! The order wasn’t as hot as we like, but the main complaint is that I was NOT informed of the change of venue, if I had been, I would have had my husband pick it up, as the store is about a mile away! To wait almost two hours for the same order I have gotten in about 40 minutes previously is ridiculous! If management is going to redistribute their delivery areas, they need to assure there are enough delivery drivers to get those orders to people in a time that...

Dominos Pizza is a well-known pizza chain all over the world. I recently ate at one of their locations and I have to say, their Buffalo chicken sandwich was outstanding as always! The sandwich was packed with crispy and juicy chicken smothered in a tangy Buffalo sauce, topped with fresh lettuce and melted cheese, all sandwiched between two tender brioche buns. It was a fantastic meal and I enjoyed it thoroughly.

On the downside, the loaded bacon tater tots were a little bit overcooked. While the flavors were good, the tater tots were a bit too crunchy, and the bacon bits were slightly burnt. It was slightly disappointing but still enjoyable nonetheless.

What really stood out to me was the service. As a fast-food restaurant, I didn't expect much, but their service was quick and friendly. The staff members were polite, helpful, and attentive. They guided me through the menu, made recommendations, and even checked on me several times during my meal. It was precisely the kind of service you'd expect from a great fast-food chain.

Overall, I would recommend Dominos Pizza for anyone looking for a quick and satisfying meal. While the tater tots could have been better, the buffalo chicken sandwich was fantastic, and the service was top-notch. I would give Dominos Pizza a four-star rating...

I NEVER LEAVE BAD REVIEWS, but the level of insult warrants this! The people that work here must hate their jobs, two guys and a girl, no smiles and they act like your such an inconvenience. We ordered one pizza and they got the order wrong. My husband picked it up so we didn’t know it was wrong until he got home. I called to let them know and they said they would make another. My husband went in to get it and they all ignored him and didn’t even acknowledge he was there. He finally asked if someone could help him and they said no you have to wait we are really busy. The pizza was sitting on the counter, all they needed to do was hand it to him. He waited and waited and finally told them I was just in here and that pizza behind you is mine could I have it?! They yelled at him to take it and just leave! THe lady working literally kicked him out of the store with no respect at all. Kicked out of the store for asking for your food you have been waiting to eat for over an hour because of their mistake! These workers need some serious lessons in manners and customer service.
