Man...I wanted to like this place. It would be so nice to have fresh boba so close to where I live. But the tea was so insanely overbrewed and bitter, completely undrinkable. This was the brown sugar one too, so even with a ton of sugar to mask bitterness and even with us adding more sugar, we couldn't get the extreme bitterness out. I won't knock this down to 1 because the servers were very kind, and the atmosphere is great. But for a place that focuses on serving tea (a fairly simple recipe) and charging these kinds of prices, it's kind of failing at the one thing it advertises itself for. I'm not certain if they're leaving the leaves in, or not using loose leaf tea, or both. But it's disappointing to have to throw away most of the $14 worth of drinks. Read moreI bought a Golden Brew coffee and it was delicious! I got it with the normal sweeten amount and it wasnt too sweet! It has a chocolate taste to it which was great. The only change I made to it was sub Oat milk. Perfect! My wife ordered a Guava Sunset with less sweetener, and she loved it, but said it was still a little too sweet.
