I've given this location multiple tries but the experience just gets worse every time.
Drive thru: While x10 faster than walking in, you have a 50/50 chance of having your food be cold or not fully cooked so you NEED to check everything before you drive away... I have recieved chicken nuggets burnt and some have been partly frozen or still "soggy". Similar issues with their burgers...
Walking in: Useless disrespectful staff, more than once I've stood waiting for almost 10 minutes just to place an order. This last time I was the only one in line, waited almost 5 minutes with no one even acknowledging my presents, and I even asked someone if anyone was able to help me to which the response I got was having a lady just stare at me from one of the prep stations before going back to working. I even repeated myself in spanish just in case she didn't understand english but she did the same thing.
If there are any other people placing orders when you walk in, don't plan on getting your "fast" food for at least 10-15 minutes after waiting to place your order.
You also have a chance of getting old/wilting lettuce, the tomatoes aren't ripe 70% of the time (partly green or have turned into mush) and the fries are either going to be under/over cooked or filled/covered with black spots that burnt or should have been removed from the potato before...
Read moreThis Wendy’s looks like a Wendy’s in a third world country. The staff, namely, the shift, supervisor manager, lady “Rosendo I believe” expressed very rude and arrogant mannerisms, along with unprofessional behavior. I didn’t get into a confrontation, however what I ordered through the app was not there and she tried to unapologetically and impatiently give me a cheaper alternative, which would’ve been fine if she asked me in a nice way I mean fast food workers are getting paid well these days and everything is almost digital which shouldn’t put further strain on employees. This is why I’m confused as to where this sense of entitlement, negative body language and tonality as if they were so annoyed against customers. I let this supervisor lady think that there was nothing wrong because if I argue with her, I don’t think I would’ve gotten anywhere. As her body language expressed unpleasant intimidating behavior. All I know is I left feeling treated poorly, and with a bad taste in my mouth, I will report this incident to the Wendy’s corporate, and I’ll take my business to Wendy’s elsewhere as I am a Regular patron in there. I really hate to leave an establishment...
Read moreThree dollars for a frosty and the concieges must individually provide access to toilets...what's the rush? Might as well complete the cycle and be holding a towel out for when the recepient of such personally attentive service finishes washing his or her hands as well. It saves touching the door going in, but it is during the exit that touching the door with freshly washed hands makes one consider what could be removed from where as a protective insulator from the germs of the unwashers that have fingered up the exit handle with treasure found digging where it was unlikely buried by any ancients. Staring down the hot blower and its sleek stainless body, cursing its inability to provide a section of cloth, paper or anything but hot air, toilet paper or assgasket dispenser are raided instead. All to protect the freshly washed hands upon exit... Until the door ends up courteously held for the next patron, a scraggly neverwash perfumed nomad wedging a full shopping cart into...
