For the vibe ALONE, 6 stars. Tiny little brewery (like 4 spots total at the bar, another 2 if you're lucky and of small stature), tucked away in Estes.

The owner was warm, friendly, welcoming, talkative, and blatantly in love with what he was doing. I bet he could have talked beer and Estes and his brewery for hours upon days upon weeks. Upon months? Probably.

Friendly dog greeted us with a bark and a wag and then hung out randomly seeking a petting hand. Love brewery dogs, good one here.

Beer was pretty good. I liked me red ale quite a bit, and I wanted to try more, but they were lacking lighter beers at the time we visited, and I had some driving to do, so I guess it sort of worked out. They had a sour "coming soon", missed it...dang.

Charming as hell, good staff, good beer, and great vibe. Obviously a TON of loving and caring work had gone into the place, and it showed from start to finish and everywhere in between.

Will be back...

Stopped by and found an empty parking lot on a Saturday afternoon. Finding that odd we went in worried that there might be a reason no one was here having a beer. Turns out look can be deceiving! Smaller then the other breweries in Estes Park but nice design. A converted gas station. The bar has but only 3 stools. But the is additional indoor heated seating for many more. Then there is a couple more tables and areas outside. The had a nice variety of beers on tap and had some bombers for sale. We enjoyed the beers we had taking a couple bottles to go. The thing that set them really to 5 stars was the server. A New York transplant who was a great conversationalist. She was a true pleaser especially after going to Estes Park Brewery and finding the staff cold and unfriendly. We are planning on coming back in June for the town’s jazz festival and we plan on being here...

Pale Ale 5.5abv good, no hop fruit forward no hop or bitter on the finish 16oz (this isn't a Pale, but it is a disappointment) ; Chili CTZ (Smash) 5.5abv pretty good some hop nose and a very light bitter finish 3oz (this is what the 'Pale' should at least be) ; LR-IPA 6abv pretty good, light hop nose some hop and light bitter finish 16oz (not a lot happening here over priced at 7$) ; CTZ-IPA 7.7abv good, similar to the LR-IPA but with a malt only finish 3oz (at another 7$ don't bother) ; hard to notice from the street in an old gas station ; dog friendly ; outdoor seating ; good WiFi ; some parking ; no TV's ; board doesn't list serving sizes or prices see paper menu ; board games available ; (14 on tap today, 7 are Belgo/adjunct inspired things) ; a great view of 'Lumpy' ridge ; artwork for sale ; (no Pils, Porter,...

Best local brewery in Estes Park, CO, by far! It was a very familiar setting, the staff and locals were friendly and inviting and explained the philosophy about the beers they produce! They were informative, understood what was in the beers and it was a fun place to meet up with other brewery goers! They had several beers on tap and I would recommend you try them all. Google maps was unclear about parking but there were a lot of places to park. They had heaters, outdoor seating, indoor seating, lots of places to sit and great scenery. They did not have food and I'm unsure if they had food trucks. The place looks like an old gas station and they do a good job keeping the feel! If you like the brewery scene, stop by and have a drink.

Lumpy Ridge’s main location is a local gem—set in a fun, converted old gas station that gives it a unique, cozy vibe. Though it’s on the smaller side, it ranks among the top breweries in Estes Park, and it’s one of our go-to stops whenever we’re in town. They’ve even added a second location right in the heart of downtown! The beer? Damn good. I usually go for the IPA, and the pale ale hits the spot too. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to let you sample a couple before committing to your pint. There’s often a food truck parked out front, adding to the experience. Whether you grab a seat inside or soak up the views outside, this spot should definitely be part of your Estes brewery tour.

Quite a interesting little brewery with a variety of beers. We really enjoyed the view right after a snowfall and glad we brought in our hats because the corner was a touch chilly. It's part of the charm though and if you like a beer in the top half of the list it's the place to go during happy hour. One limited run fall beer that won my wife's ( non beer loving) heart was the pumpkin brown fresh hop and it's probably the reason that we'll return during the slower months
